Fairco Windows & Doors Avis 

Excellent customer service for the moment we walked into the showroom. Engineer who came to the house had some additional ideas which we took up. The instillation was about four weeks form the engineers visit. The two installers where polite, clean and very friendly, they knew exactly what they were doing. They left the area clean, taking rubbish with them. Would we return to Fairco for more work..? Yes!

From the 1st contact to the completion of the work, I was kept informed all the way through the progress. The Sales Rep was friendly and informative. I was told the job would take 2 days to install the new guttering system, which it did. 3 installers arrived as stated, carried out the installation and left my premises in a neat and tidy state. I would highly recommend Fairco.

Everything ran smoothly from initial contact to the rep and surveyor visiting to measure my door. My contact Dean couldn't have been more helpful and provided valuable advice. The installation team was efficient and friendly and did a fantastic job. I'm delighted with the new door and would use Fairco again for any door or window needs.

We had our front door replaced by Fairco, and I highly recommend them! Service was excellent, and everyone was so lovely to deal with. I was delighted with the work we had done.

Unfortunately we had a very bad experience with Fairco when it came to replacing our windows. They had measurements wrong for one window and only realised after they had taken the old one out. They installed the window anyway and left the space in a very bad state - gaps to the outside which meant drafts coming in and this was in Janaury. They said they would not do any patch work here while we waited for the correct window because "they would just have to do it again". We had to live with this for 3 months and they had already recieved full payment as this is their policy. In addition, I had to keep calling to ask when could we expect the replacement to arrive - there was no proactive communciation from them. Even after the replacement window was fitted, the work is still not to the standard we would have expected (nails sticking out for example) but I'm done dealing with them at this stage. I was surprised as they had also replaced our door and did a great job there, due to this experience though I cannot recommend them to anyone.

Updated to include comments from their reply: We signed off on the work as we had already paid in full, it had already taken 3 months to resolve this and we just wanted the job completed. With regards to the small corrective action - there was a large gap between the wall and window and still it took 3 weeks to fix even that.

really good and quick service. Overall this was completed really fast, at a good price and ahead of schedule.

Fairco did a big job for us last week - 24 windows in total, a mix of sash and picture. They did a fantastic job. The team was so professional. They arrived punctually every day, were extremely courteous, tidy, cautious around the furniture and watchful that our pet was safe at all times. I could not recommend them highly enough. The sales staff, surveyor and installation team are a credit to the company. The owner Jim Toal deserves a clap on the back - he runs a good show. They finished on time and I would highly recommend them. We are thrilled with the job.

Quality and on-time delivery, all good

We got French Doors and a Composite Door with side panel and couldn’t be happier. Victor and Frank installed them and couldn’t be more professional. They worked from the time they arrived straight through lunch and left the place spotless, 100% would recommend Fairco, and will definitely be using them again.

So disappointed. Had used them before but sadly no customer service this time. Front door would not close, could not send someone until 7 days later. Had to get and pay for locksmith to fix door, not hung properly. Then no one showed up on day, after taking time of work, which had to beg for. No apology, until asked, no explanation, till asked. Now, another appointment to fix another door and window. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Could offer me any time for sales guy to come out, but not to fix their mistake.

Bad. Bad. Bad. We simply contacted them to set up a appointment for someone to come quote for our house. We have no idea what the difference in price is between all the types and thus we wanted a quote. Simple right! They refused to send anyone to quote until we had chosen the type and colour. Talk about not understanding customers. Hummmm lads put the prices up online and then maybe your customers can bow and beg for a quote.

Shows a very poor culture of customer service and they were eliminated from even consideration before they even quoted for the work.

Pluses:
1.professional approach
2. On time install
3. Good quality product

Minor minuses:
1. Front door surround caulked but not back door ( although secured & weather tight) however would look better
2. French doors 4 separate keys…1 reqd per door
3. Slightly pricey but offset by being a quality setup so no problem paying

We got six windows and a door installed in two days. From start to finish communication was top class. Jack in the showroom was very helpful and had good suggestions for the design of our large window.
The installation team were focused on getting it right first time, and did an efficient and tidy job.
Would definitely recommend Fairco.

Friendly sales, engineering, and installation personnel. I had six windows installed and the team got it done in a day, which was greatly appreciated. The job is of an excellent quality and the support from the company was decent from sales to final install. The only downside is that they insist on all payment being made upfront, prior to the install. Would recommend Fairco.

Again a demand for money up front. Problems recurring with doors. Very unsatisfactory experience. I would advise anyone to stay clear of Fairco. Also too expensive and disgraceful product. Marian H Dublin 4

My Mum needed to buy a new front door . I did some research and found Fairco . They had consistently good reviews. So Mum and I headed to the Showroom in Deansgrange . She had browsed there website and had a good idea what she wanted . Jack helped us from start to finish . He was brilliant he understood what my Mum needed and made things seamless for her . She is thrilled with her New door . Mum and I would highly recommend Fairco .

Very professional attitude, arrived on time and worked efficiently and quickly. Very happy with finish. Good contact with office throughout process.
