Very happy with our windows and doors .Great workmanship very little disturbance too paint work .Very professional and great advice given when choosing our door and windows.Windows were put in first on the 25th March and door on the 9 th April(we had been told 6/8weeks before they would be fitted.We were quiet happy to waitWe would have preferred if all was fitted in the house on the same day or two.Delighted all is finished so we can sit back and enjoy our cosy warm home now.

We found all staff from beginning to end to be professional, friendly and informative. We are delighted with the door and windows both aesthetically and energy wise. We also found their pricing to be competitive.

The Santry shop is run by a rude bully

Caused her upset anxiety and stopped her returning to work for over an hour

The Installation team did a great job in replacing our windows and door. A very hard working team,and very pleasant lads. The house was left in very good condition as the team cleaned up afterwards. They even saved my bathroom tiles and kitchen floor tiles.
Overall we had a great experience with Fairco from Paul, Peter and the team.

I am thrilled with my new sash windows. They are great quality and my house is so much more attractive from the outside.

They were installed quickly and the workman left no mess whatsoever. I thought the wallpaper around the windows would get damaged but that isn’t the case.

I wanted a specific colour which Fairco organised and I was happy to wait a few months to get what I wanted. The only negative was being told the windows were delays due to Covid. It’s 2024!

Had a great experience with Fairco replacing our windows last year so went back and got the doors done this year and really happy with the quality and the process from the start to end was easy, everything was made very clear and the installation team left our house just as tidy as before starting the work.

Fairco replaced two French doors for us on Mon 26th Feb 2024.

From our first contact with the company, meeting with their sales representative Paul, their surveyor Peter, their installation crew Victor and Frank, and with Sam and Shane in sales administration, we were treated respectfully and professionally at all times.

The quality of the product is so much superior to what was put in over twenty years ago and, even though it is only twenty-four hours since the job was finished, already we have noticed the difference in the sound-proofing and interior warmth.

The installation went smoothly, arriving on time, working solidly through lunch, and finishing on time. Everything was left neat and tidy: all rubbish and bits taken away, plaster work attended to, and general sweep down and mop up completed.

Taking everything into account, we are very pleased with the end result, and as far as we are concerned, a five-star rating is warranted. We would be very happy to recommend Fairco.

Right so this is not my job they did, it's a job done on the house I brought.
On first look these windows look great, however, the workmanship is horrendous. The window are inset into a plastic cast, that over shots the wall by 2" inc, it's blizzard to look at. The plastering around the window are also extremely bad, lumps and bumps everywhere. But that does not top it. When I rang about the disastrous final installation they did, the back window and door (installed 22.06.21 confirmed by them) they wanted to charge me €125 call out charge and then charge to fix them. But let us get back to the door and window. Well the sister of the guy that owned my house put these in so after the owners death so these were not wearing and tear tested. So we had the back door and front door open at the same time and all of a sudden a wind blew and the back door slammed. When I came back through the door the whole wall above the door fell off and onto my clean dishes and clean clothes only out of if the machine. The place was destroyed in plaster and plasterboard. But to add insult to injury the door now doesn't sit into where it was sitting. A burglar would press through no bother. Disgraceful. Now onto the back window. If you sit by it. The noise from the window hums through it all day all. Now I would be fine with it but this is two different jobs and two different time frames. These guys a haphazard. I actually invited them to this house to reflect on why they have 50% rating.
I wouldn't stay in a hotel with a 50/50 rating on holidays so don't buy from a company that will give you a 50/50 rating on your home and your safety. Shame on them. Greedy

I just had 8 windows and 2 doors fitted into a family home that I’m refurbishing and I’m delighted with the result. My partner and I approached Fairco with no real sense of what would work best on the house considering all factors, but Jack very easily talked us through all of our options and gave his view on what he felt would work best; and we’re pleased to say he was right. Both the quality of the product and the workmanship are excellent, and the lads were in and out in a matter of days. Really pleased with the end result, would definitely recommend giving them a shout and asking for Jack.

We upgraded all the windows at the front of our house as well as the front door. The entire process with Fairco was completely smooth and efficient, and everyone we dealt with was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Ideally we wanted to get the job done before Christmas, and even though it was a tight timeframe Fairco pulled it off. We are absolutely delighted with the finished product; it makes a huge difference (something we've really benefited from through the spell of bad weather lately.) In summary, if you are looking for new windows or doors I would highly recommend Fairco.

Asked Fairco to quote for a complete window replacement in our 4 bed detached house in county Dublin in summer ‘23. I had read some of the negative reviews on this site and raised them with Fairco but they convinced me that they were committed to doing an excellent job at a fair price and that’s what they did. We went for sash windows to the front (double glazed) and more conventional windows to the rear (triple glazed as it is north facing). From working with the sales exec Jack, through the surveyor Kevin and the installers Vaz and his team I can’t fault them and we are really happy with the transformation in our home and the quality of our new windows. There was a short delay on the installation date but they kept us fully informed. We’ve no hesitation in recommending them.

From beginning to end its been a great experience.
Kevin came out to survey the space where the new door would go, we were in the process of multiple renovations and he gave us advice on what not to do until the door was put in and what we should go ahead with in the meantime. Gave great information on the doors and what's involved.
Sean and Jordan came to install the door, they lay sheets down to protect my floor, cleaned up any mess what was made in the installation process, very friendly and approachable people and gave me a full run through of how the door locks and unlocks before leaving.

I cant reccomend Fairco door at all!!! Since they installed it , there is a Problem!! I would not ever go again with this company! Not worth a money!

Well well well what can I say ...Ordered a back door Sales rep Darren (sold to to me in 10 mins) from start to finish was simple. Noel the Installation guy was friendly and very professional . Highly recommend without a doubt. If I could give 6 stars I would thank you guys.

Excellent service and competitively priced. Was clearly guided through our options and happy with the suggested solutions to replacing 7 windows in an old house to balance cost and aesthetics. Installation happened on schedule and the install team of Victor and Frank flew threw the work. Dust sheets everywhere and hoovered up everything after. Would highly recommend.

Brilliant service from our initial contact with Jack to delivery. He was very professional and accommodating and responded very quickly to queries. Very happy with the installation and finished product. Would highly recommend.
