Good scheduling and delivery. So-so meal selection process.

Was good. Easy to schedule the delivery.

My one complaint would be the filtering service for the meals on the website isn't great. It made it difficult to find the meals I wanted at the sizes I wanted on mobile. I'm sure if I was on my laptop it'd be fine, but the filtering is not great otherwise.

Will it arrive in time for dinner?…

Booking on line OK as I have done this before but it was confusing before as a user of multiple gift cards.
No tracking option, a pity as reception isn't always as quick as they could be.

Really appreciate the on-time delivery, whilst the earliest delivery was a week away, I wasn't in a rush, so that didn't matter. The fact you also delivery rurally was a huge PLUS in my books. Thank you Farro - you were great!

Alexis and Stephanie were brilliant

Alexis and Stephanie were brilliant, you are fortunate to have them..however your online ordering system is/was the hardest I have ever experienced..you have an opportunity to purchase when there is no stock back up..you call products differently to the names on the packets and it is SO confusing. Maybe a great I.T. team is needed?

I’ve had an excellent experience with Farro. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious. The online ordering process was straightforward and convenient, with quick delivery. I highly recommend shopping at Farro.

What were ordered wasnt entirely what we got. If something is out of stock then give me an option to put a backup choice or contact me. Especially if its near a holiday as thats why we ordered, to make a specific meal.
