I spoke to many companies before…
We spoke to many companies before choosing this one. As a Uk based printing company we put all our trust into Fast Labels. They talked us through how to do a mock up draft of a label and even sent us a sample pack to show us different styles and designs. We choose a label that really stood out that we are very happy with. The labels arrived and the quality and colour of printing is to a high standard costing a fraction of the cost of bespoke custom boxes. We totally recommend Fast Labels for all your printing needs what ever you need they will do and in a professional manner. Thank you to all the team at fast Labels.

DPD fails to deliver Labels super but DPD delivery took 3…
Labels super but DPD delivery took 3 tries, their service terrible no comlaint procedure for failed deliveties I had to go back to Fast Labels twice to get my parcel

While courier delivery processes are not fully within our direct control, we recognise that the delivery experience still forms part of your overall order with us. We understand how frustrating it must have been to deal with multiple failed delivery attempts and to have to contact us more than once to locate your parcel.

Very Poor Service
I placed an order on Sunday with delivery expected by Thursday. When nothing arrived, I contacted the company only to be told that my order was not even on their system, despite payment having already been taken.
I explained I urgently needed the items before Monday, otherwise they would be of no use. I was told by Bethan they would “fast track” the order at no extra charge, but by that point the order was already significantly delayed. As of today, it still has not arrived.
For a company that promotes itself around speed, the service has been anything but fast. Losing a paid order and only reacting once chased is not acceptable. Very disappointing experience.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to place an order, expect delivery by a certain date, and then be told the order was not showing correctly on our system despite payment having been taken. While technical, machine, or production issues can happen from time to time, we know that our responsibility is to communicate clearly and do everything we can to resolve the issue quickly.

Brilliant customer service and good quality labels
Another company had done a poor job with labels we needed for an upcoming event, I contacted Fast Labels hoping they could help at short notice and they were incredible. Alex was so friendly and they got us high quality labels in time for the event, will definitely use them again
