i placed an order , and some of the artwork was the wrong size , i sent over to my designer who is delayed getting them back to me , i was really worried because i am on a really tight turnaround , just spoke to Megan via live chat , she gave me detailed info of when i need to have the updates sent across in order for my delivery date to be kept as is , this seems like such a small thing , but so many times businesses just give you a standard response with no real detail . was really apprecitaed

I placed my first order with them, they messed up the delivery, I spoke to someone called Georgia and she offered me a discount on my next order as an apology. I then come to place my next order 'oh sorry we can't find any record of that so we can't keep to our offer'. Don't use them, they tell you what you want to hear to shut you up. Not very reputable

I have ordered a few times from Fast Labels and everytime their service has been great. I just go to their website and simply click reorder and my stickers are delivered within a week.

The first person made an error with my order, and i kept calling to have it adjusted. Just when I thought that was over, it took them 3days to let me know that my artwork needed adjustment with no clear advice, this is the same artwork i had used with other printers. In all, they changed my delivery date twice and i had to cancel my order because it was becoming too stressful.

Love working with these guys, they supply all our product labels and are quick and extremely reasonable. As a new business every penny counts so when you find a quality print company that understands your requirements it is refreshing. We will definitely continue to use Fast labels.
