This company is generally great to work with - and this order came quick. But it's so frustrating they put such a small amount of labels on each roll.
We order labels by the 000's and have 15+ designs. Instead of making an order on as few rolls as possible they're spread out across masses of rolls.
The only way round this is to pay more to set a machine requirement at order stage (even though we don't use a machine - and even though the company is basically shipping air and wasting resources).
The end result is that we have cratefuls of labels which is really hard to manage.

The sales team were very helpful providing multiple quotes as I regularly amended my order. Once I'd got the design down the design team were great explaining how to provide them with the details they needed to make sure I got the outcome I wanted. The resulting product met all expectations and arrived quickly. Overall fantastic service.

Excellent product, quick turn round time and very easy to deal with - even when there was a minor issue this was dealt with quickly and effectively - pricing is also very reasonable - second time we have used and will definitely return

i placed an order , and some of the artwork was the wrong size , i sent over to my designer who is delayed getting them back to me , i was really worried because i am on a really tight turnaround , just spoke to Megan via live chat , she gave me detailed info of when i need to have the updates sent across in order for my delivery date to be kept as is , this seems like such a small thing , but so many times businesses just give you a standard response with no real detail . was really apprecitaed

I placed my first order with them, they messed up the delivery, I spoke to someone called Georgia and she offered me a discount on my next order as an apology. I then come to place my next order 'oh sorry we can't find any record of that so we can't keep to our offer'. Don't use them, they tell you what you want to hear to shut you up. Not very reputable
