Keep sending wrong items
Haven't installed the heating yet so can't comment on that. But customer service is useless. First order received was missing two items including the heating mat. Then they sent the wrong mat – wrong size and power. One mistake is understandable but twice is just incompetent.

All relatively straight forward and seemed cheaper than other products. As a DIYer doing it for the 1st time, some of the instructions weren't 100% clear to me which is the reason I've gone for 4 star not 5. Not actually turned it on yet but hoping for toasty warm toes soon.

Excellent service and prompt delivery. Technical support brilliant. Not sure they understood properly my intention but all questions answered. Especially pertinent not to use duct tape retain heating wire in place. Looked up and it decomposes at designed operating temperature with adhesive becoming potentially a fire risk. Not advisable under a laminated floor.

Absolutely Top Drawer experience with the Fastwarm support team! A++ customer service and support. Im a DIYer and have spoken to 4 different members of staff about my project and order questions and they all where very friendly and helpful. I ordered the electric heating, underlay and self levelling compound and was so pleased how easy it was to use and install. Even the levelling compound bags have an easy opening design so no ripping the bags and getting the powder everywhere. The delivery time says 2 to 3 business day but all arrived the next day. I ordered more levelling compound bags as a separate order and again, next day delivery. Im very impressed with this company and will definitely be using there product again.
