There was an issue with one of the items purchased but the customer service was spot on and the problem was resolved quickly. Super quality product and 5 star communication. Would recommend.

Excellent lights with a rubber weather sealing gasket around each bulb. Add a plug in dimmer and you can set the level easily. The bulbs have also lasted extremely well. Good company, swift delivery... Voir plus

Over the last three transactions I have made with Festoon I feel that their service is second to none. With all questions answered in great detail I could not ask for more.
They do have more items they sell so if you are looking for differing fitments of bulbs that are not shown on the website, just ask and they will accommodate.
Now to the products.
All items I have received have been the best of quality, safely packaged although thrown into a box and sent but otherwise good.
Festoon do have some innovation to work through on their products.
I have all the Connect 365+ and the remote dimmer which is great but when the bulbs are dimmed they ever so slightly pulse instead of steady on but otherwise great.

Great quality
Great quality - thick rubber cable and rubber waterproof holders and good plug. UK manufactured too. Light years ahead of the cheap Chinese rubbish sold on Amazon will work out much cheaper over a 3 - 5 yr view - prob last for 20 yrs.

I recently bought a set of 365 festoon…
I recently bought a set of 365 festoon lights from this company and they arrived super quickly (the next day).
The quality of the product was superb the best I have had,no doubt about that.
The bulbs I ordered were brighter than I wanted and I was not sure which alternative would be the right choice.
I therefore called the company and spoke to a gentleman called Josh who was incredibly helpful, it would be remiss of me not to mention this.
Josh gave super advice and what he suggested to do worked brilliantly.
I would recommend this company to friends and family and shall most definitely use again.

They made buying fairies and festoons easy. They were helpful and responsive as I needed advice about what to buy and how to fit them. We have exactly what we need now and this was achieved with their help. Product quality is excellent. A very positive online / offline buying experience!
