There was an issue with one of the items purchased but the customer service was spot on and the problem was resolved quickly. Super quality product and 5 star communication. Would recommend.

Excellent lights with a rubber weather sealing gasket around each bulb. Add a plug in dimmer and you can set the level easily. The bulbs have also lasted extremely well. Good company, swift delivery... Voir plus

First Class Lighting & Great Service.
One of my neighbours asked me if I could find him some coloured outdoor string lights! After searching around with no avail, I was put on the a company called Festoon Light and spoke with a sales person, Josh. He was very friendly and helpful over the phone and emails. I explained exactly what I required and he sorted everything out for me and about a week later, the lights arrived and were fitted the next day. A top quality product which looked great when fitted and thanks to some first class information and service from Josh.

Wow, great 365 festoon range and customer service
Wow, after many hours trying to find good quality festoon lights for permanent outside installation I came across this company. Their 365 range is great 50cm spacing and very good quality. I mucked up my order and they sorted it out straight away and they sent the stuf I actually needed and I received it the next day. I have no doubt these will last a good number of years (5 year guarantee for a start). Great customer service. Can't fault them. Thanks

I can’t recommend this company enough!
I can’t recommend this company enough. We bought some festoon lights and light bulbs. Unfortunately we mistakenly ordered the wrong bulbs. We contacted them to see if they would exchange them. There was no hesitation whatsoever. We returned the wrong ones and within two days they sent the ones that we preferred. Excellent customer service and the products are of high quality too. Thank you Festoon Lights, we wouldn’t hesitate using you again!

Ok I ordered 70 sockets but there were…
Ok I ordered 70 sockets but there were 71 which meant my calculations were out
The extended lead was poorly added and not v neat and one of the cables in between 2 bulbs is twisted which is not throwing the bulb out at an angle

All our custom festoon is made to measure by hand, unfortunately, this does mean we are subject to human error and sometimes we make mistakes. We can only apologise for this and the inconvenience it has caused you.
