There was an issue with one of the items purchased but the customer service was spot on and the problem was resolved quickly. Super quality product and 5 star communication. Would recommend.

Excellent lights with a rubber weather sealing gasket around each bulb. Add a plug in dimmer and you can set the level easily. The bulbs have also lasted extremely well. Good company, swift delivery... Voir plus

I wanted a decent quality IP65 rated…
I wanted a decent quality IP65 rated festoon. When these arrived I was delighted with the quality of them and I think at a really good price.
When I was installing them, I had an issue which I contacted festoonlighting about and they could not have been more helpful. the offered ways to sort the problem without any hint of it being an issue. Issue sorted and the lights look fantastic in the garden.
Great product and I would definitely recommend the company.

You know when you order stuff on line and you’re not sure of the quality of what you’re buying until it arrives… well this time when I opened the box the quality was excellent! This festoon lighting is seriously good quality and at a very reasonable price… if you’re looking for strong, robust high quality festoon lighting, look no further, order this.

Thank you for your review, Audrey. As mentioned to you over email, we tried contacting you to make sure that what we were sending you was the correct item. As you had only ordered a single starter cable with no prior order under the same email, we needed to identify the correct cable that you required. This is to help our customers avoid paying any return shipping costs. The item that you had ordered was different to the item that you needed so this was a necessary step.
Unfortunately, we were closed and out of office for Christmas when you replied so your corrected order was shipped as soon as we returned in January. We can only apologise for this delay.
As a small business reviews are incredibly important to us and we are disappointed to receive a 1-star review, as we felt our intentions were well-natured. Outside security lighting
Kept well informed about the order sent wrong order put phone me up to say they sent someone else,s order sent my order the next day. Still waiting for the return label to arrive so that I can sent this package back to the company. Down side the price quoted did not includes VAT and delivery so more expensive than advertise

We have tried contacting you directly via email to arrange a date for the collection of the incorrect order but have yet to receive a response. If it is easier for you to call the office to arrange this, our number is 01257 795186.
We feel passionate about pricing transparency, so all our prices on-site are inclusive of VAT, and delivery is currently free for over £50. As far as we are aware, there are no exceptions to this. It is something that is automated by our web platform provider. However, if there is something specific on-site that has caused your confusion over this issue, we would love to hear more about it so we can fix any potential errors in future.

In the run up to Chrismas, a set of our Festoon lights we had had for a couple of year suddenly failed.
I contacted Festoon to ask for troubleshoot & spare part advise, the team went above & beyond to help me and ultimately sent me replacement parts completely free of charge!
Very unexpected but fantastic support and our lights were up & running again for the festive season!
