There was an issue with one of the items purchased but the customer service was spot on and the problem was resolved quickly. Super quality product and 5 star communication. Would recommend.

Excellent lights with a rubber weather sealing gasket around each bulb. Add a plug in dimmer and you can set the level easily. The bulbs have also lasted extremely well. Good company, swift delivery... Voir plus

First class service. Josh was always available on the end of the telephone to patiently answer my questions and provide advice. My lights were delivered speedily and I am very pleased with them. I would definitely recommend this company.

Super lights, super customer service
I had some pre-purchase queries and these were answered promptly. My order arrived quickly. I did have some initial trouble (my fault) getting the lights to work but received excellent, fast customer support and got the the problem sorted. The lights look great and I am very happy with my purchase.

Love these lights
Love these lights. Price reasonable, delivered quickly. Bright light, responsive to movement, does exactly what I need them too. Am considering ordering some more for my daughters 'harry potter cupboards

Great service and great lights
I wanted a specific lead length for my festoon lights and they gave me exactly what I wanted, made me bespoke lights to my specifications. The delivery was pretty quick and I am thrilled with my lights, they're lovely and bright and so much more sturdy than my previous ones.

I made a quick call about my tracking number and you were very helpful. You explained there was none but offered to send duplicate order. I agreed to wait 3 more days first and the order arrived.

Great lights, great service
We'd had a bad experience with some festoon lights bought from another company previously so were a tad concerned - we didn't want to repeat our first expensive mistake. Thank goodness we found Festoon Light. We contacted Josh for reassurance and he talked us through everything we were concerned about - even giving us advice about spacings, bulb wattage and hanging arrangements. Now the lights have arrived it's clear they're a far superior quality to our previous set. Fantastic, thank you Festoon Light.

Festoon Lighting saves the day.
Purchased a Festoon String from Festoon Lighting but was let down by another supplier for the supply of bulbs. Contacted Festoon Lighting 2 days before my event, desperate for LED bulbs and they shipped LED bulbs in time to save the day. Magic!
