There was an issue with one of the items purchased but the customer service was spot on and the problem was resolved quickly. Super quality product and 5 star communication. Would recommend.

Excellent lights with a rubber weather sealing gasket around each bulb. Add a plug in dimmer and you can set the level easily. The bulbs have also lasted extremely well. Good company, swift delivery... Voir plus

Excellent service. I spoke with a guy on the phone, he was very helpful, answered my questions fully and now I have the festoon lighting I subsequently ordered I can say honestly. Excellent quality, well packaged and a prompt delivery too. Thank you very much! 😊

Good Quality
Prompt and very focused product support for queries and good quality products. I would have given 5 star but there is a little inflexibility in cable sizes and configuration. I needed 2M extensions and 1m bulb spacing but had to do with 3M extensions and 0.5m spacing in the drop festoons within the 365 product range. Whilst I now have to commit to some modifications during the install these are good quality festoon lights and I'm happy with the purchase

We experienced a fault with our website that allowed customers to order items that were out of stock. We can only apologise for this. We are a small team and we do everything in our power to fix any system faults like this as soon as they are brought to our attention.
We understand your frustration at having to wait 10 days for the refund to arrive in your account however please understand we have no control over how many working days Shopify takes to refund your order. (Normally up to 7 working days).
Please be assured the refund was processed as soon as the request was made by you. I have emailed over to you the time stamped screenshots of the email time and the refund time.
We would love the opportunity to make this up to you and have already reached out to you on the email from which your order was placed. Please respond directly to this email or get in touch with us at info@festoonlighting.com.

First delivery didn’t arrive though we were home. Second arrived but included the wrong product. Not good.

We are extremely sorry for the issue that occured with the courier, we use UPS as we have found them to be the most reliable service and can only apologise for your experience with them. We did get in contact with the courier directly on your behalf following the missed delivery and ensured that the item was delivered on the next working day.
We would love the opportunity to make this up to you. We have not yet received an email from you regarding the incorrect product, if you could please get in touch directly and let us know which product from your order is incorrect we will get that replaced for you straight away.
