Rachel & the staff at Fetchapet were just fantastic. No matter how many times I phoned them with questions and/or needed help, they were there for us and nothing was ever too much trouble. My Hungarian Vizsla Brody was picked up by Nick, who reassured us Brody would be fine and that we probably would get fed up with photos and voice notes/messages they would send. True to Nicks words we got lovely little videos, photos and voice notes/messages via a WhatsApp group. A teary goodbye to our boy knowing we would not see him until beginning of December. (10 days in quarantine for Australia) Nick felt like a friend reassuring us with a hug before driving off with Brody. I never had to worry about him at all as I could see how happy he was in their care. I have read other peoples reviews and cannot better express any more than those already written. Thanks so very much Rachel and all the staff at Fetchapet. I just was so lucky I picked the right people to export our precious cargo and care for him while he boarded with them.

I am writing to give a huge thank you to Rachel and her team for the safe transportation of our 2 dogs Jethro and Molly from the UK to Cyprus .
From the very beginning nothing was to much trouble , Rachel picked our dogs up from our home in Norfolk and took them to Fetchapet’s kennels to be seen by a visiting vet for all their checks , they had plenty of space to exercise and Rachel sent some wonderful pictures and videos .
Jethro is sometimes very difficult to feed especially if he is away from home , Rachel hand fed him to make sure he got his food , so grateful, over and above the call of duty .
Jethro and Molly arrived in Cyprus 2days later fit and healthy

An amazing company, for whom nothing was too much trouble. l was delighted when they said they would drive all the way up to Co. Durham to collect my feral cat who arrived uninvited into our garden over a year ago, but now is domesticated, but wary of strangers, which is why l was worried that he would not settle into his cattery with Fetchapet. lt took a while, and a lot of patience, which was awarded by happy photos of him in his new room. Having been a picky eater, his new carers said he ate anything he was given! When the time came for Puss to be carted off to Heathrow, where Fetchapet waved him off on his flight to Thailand. When he arrived after his 12 hour journey, he was happy to be back with us, and has settled well into his new home. Fetchapet deserves every star in the book.

A great company, with great caring staff. We all get a little bit nervous when we transport our furry friends overseas, but absolutely no need if you use fetchapet. They are pet lovers and take the upmost care in the transportation and documentation. All I can say is thank you very much, my dog and I are now living half the way around the world, in my idea of paradise

It was very important to get me doggies over to Thailand from the UK in the most stress free way, for them and me, as possible.
I had lots of questions and concerns but by starting the process early enough and discussing everything with Fetch-a-Pet, it all went perfectly.
I cannot stress the importance of starting the process early.I am suggesting a minimum of 6 months prior to your planned departure. Fetch-a-Pet gave brilliant advice and I was able to get everything in place. Including things I did not realise I had to do.

Rachel was amazing and we couldn't have relocated our cat from the UK to Australia without her. From helping me feel rest assured about cargo travel to guiding us through each step, to making sure Joey got to his flight safely, Rachel took a huge weight off my shoulder. Great knowledge and everything went smoothly, even with an anxious, reactive kitty. Joey is now settling into his new Aussie life. Thank you!

Rachel and the whole team were fantastic. They went above and beyond to ensure our situation was addressed, Annie our dog was taken care of, and all with minimum stress. We were able to completely rely on them for all of the admin to ensure a seamless journey for her. While she was in their care we were receiving multiple updates and photos of her (clearly having an amazing time). I can’t praise them enough! Thank you!

Between the excellent correspondence and care of our two pups, for four months, my family and I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to take care of them. We also had smooth sailing through the pups flights from the UK to St Helena Island.

Fetchapet has been a wonderful company to work with in relocating our two oriental cats all the way from the UK to Bangkok, Thailand. The process did take some time to organise, as there is a lot of paperwork involved, but throughout the whole journey Fetchapet was clear with their guidelines and even recommended other trusted companies to help us with important permits and health certifications.

I worked closely with Sally from Fetchapet, who was extremely attentive to all of my questions and helped reassure us that our cats were in safe hands. Her support really made a stressful process much easier to manage.

Today, our cats were delivered safely to our apartment, door to door. They were, of course, exhausted after the long journey, but otherwise in good condition. They were picked up in the UK at 06:30am on the 2nd of August and arrived in Bangkok on the 3rd of August at 11:00am. We used plastic crates, (they were large, and you keep them) with plenty of space and a water dispenser. After arrival, they were transported directly to us. One of our cats did pee inside the box, but the crate was lined with absorbent padding, which kept them comfortable.

Now both cats are happily settling into their new home, and we are so grateful for the care and professionalism shown throughout the process.

I would definitely recommend Fetchapet (and Relo4Paw (Sabrina - who was in charge of import permits) for their support on the ground here in Bangkok) if you want peace of mind and for your pets to arrive safely fetchapet will take care of everything!

In one word: Perfect!
We imported a puppy from England to Bermuda. Fetchapet handled everything- and absolutely perfectly! We had never done this before but Sally walked us through everything. She was fantastic! Everything went so smoothly, all documents were spot on. We worried because we had never done anything like it before, but we didn't have to. As I said above, everything was just perfect. (This review is too long. It would have been sufficient with the first word - perfect!)

We’ve used Fetchapet twice now, one for a relocation to Kuwait and then for relocation to Norway. They were absolutely fantastic during both moves. The first move was particularly complicated but Fetchapet coordinated with the import company in Kuwait and the airlines to make sure our dog and cat could travel together. On both moves when there has been issues with flights during transport but Fetchapet have kept us aware of what was happened and made sure that the pets were put the next flight. They truly care about the animals too. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and already have done to several people moving their pets abroad.

Fetchapet were amazing in transporting my dog from the UK to Australia and also sorting out his onward flight internally once in Australia. Rachel knows anything and everything about the process of sending your dog over to Australia and made the whole complicated process a lot easier. Rachel was on hand for any questions I had. Rachel’s knowledge is second to none. I highly recommend using Fetchapet to transport your animal.

Fetchapet were absolutely fantastic to deal with. Incredibly knowledgeable, kind and always quick to respond to questions. They guided us through what could have been a stressful process and made everything feel straightforward. From start to finish they were incredibly informative and reassuring. We received all the information we needed to relocate our dog and in good time to get him to Australia- I cannot fault the communication.
Our dog had to stay with Rachel, Mel and Nick before his flight for four days and they looked after him like one of thier own with lots of pics and videos of him on walks looking happy!
