Fine Drams Avis 101

First time dealing with Fine Drams and I'm very impressed with the service I got. I've been fighting a slow losing battle trying to source my favourite whisky - Aberlour 12 yo non chill filtered - as supplies gradually dwindle due to it being discontinued. I ordered two bottles and my sister ordered two more to give to me for Christmas. Both orders arrived bang on the stated day and they were both packed superbly, with very little chance of breakage short of getting hit with a sledgehammer. The communication from Fine Drams was first rate and I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Fine Drams as a reliable and trustworthy company with which to do business. Ordered 4x bottles not available in the U.S. Despite COVID-19 and a seemingly long wait in customs, things came in a very timely manner. Very well packaged thankfully because it looks like DHL and USPS played forklift hockey with the box. Reasonable shipping prices too. I will definitely be ordering from Fine Drams again.

Just placed my Second order with Fine Drams. The first time was great, bottles ship quickly and it's nice having such a wide selection of scotch that I wouldn't be able to get in the states. Plus Jonas seems super active on every possible review or social media site, which is really nice to see from an owner. He clearly values both his business and the customer.

Have placed a couple orders over the years.Always perfect packaging,fast delivery, and better shipping rates than the 2 big british stores.

Took over 6 weeks to get because of Covid-19, no fault of Fine Drams (I live in USA). Beautifully packaged. No issues at all! One of the few places online to order what I want. I will definitely be ordering from here again! Would today, but it's out of stock. They have email service to let you know when it becomes available again. Now, that's good service!

Very fast shipping to Romania,less than a week. Bottles packaed very good, you can drop the box peacefully. Overall a good experience. Recommend!

Excellent customer service, shipping standards, and all around just a great business. Jonas, the owner, was very helpful and reassuring, even when the US delayed shipping due to COVID related issues (outside of Jonas' control), and he was always prompt with answering any questions or inquiries I had.

All whiskies I've received came tightly/nicely packaged and in impeccable condition. Truly one of the best experiences I've ever had ordering online from a business. Even if you can find whisky cheaper somewhere (unlikely unless living at the actual source - their prices are near unbeatable from what I've seen) it would be worth it alone just for the service and quality of shipping.

Three orders through them now and I will, no doubt, place many more in the coming years!

Never written a review previously but cannot fault this company following my first order. I was searching for a hard to find bottle of Whiskey for my collection and stumbled upon this company. I ordered on 18th May and moments ago (21st May) received my parcel. Not only the speed of delivery impressed but the packaging of the whiskey. I believe that you would could have dropped the parcel as many times as needed in delivery and it wouldn't have damaged bottle (or the all important presentation box it comes in. Care and consideration taken. I will definitely use again.

Ordered on a Tuesday, received the items the next Monday. The only place I could find makers mark cask strength and get it delivered at a good price to Ireland. Also ordered some scotch samples. Everything was packaged carefully and I couldn't be happier. Will be ordering from them again

Used them for the first time, good prices especially the flat rate delivery charges as UK companies charge more than that to deliver 20 miles away. Order placed on Friday and delivered to UK on Wednesday, packaging was excellent inside with large bubble wrap filling the box and bottle was placed inside an air-bag for extra padded protection. I used Fine Drams as there is a whiskey which I struggle to find in England but they had it in stock, if prices are the same as UK in the future then I will start using this company instead. Thanks a lot. Amazing service

First time ordering from Fine Drams after I could not find what I wanted in the UK. Ordering process was very quick and easy and even though my phone added the wrong postcode a quick email to them and Jonas sorted everything out for me. Very good communications with easy to follow tracking system.
No complaints from me and would definitely recommend buying from and will use again.

Fantastic selection, and even better service! I'd never ordered whiskey online before, as I wasn't sure how well the process would work. I'm happy to report that it worked great. Everything was expertly packaged with care and made it to my doorstep completely unscathed. I had reached out with some questions while waiting on my order and they were very quick to respond.

Great selection. Ordered some rather rare rum. Delivery was one day faster than originally promised.

Packaging was *extremely impressive* with layers of huge air-bubble plastics surrounding special bottle protectors. A grown person could have spent a fair amount of time jumping on the box without a chance of damaging the bottles. The box would optimally have held two more bottles, but this was compensated with ample dunnage.

Just really impressive all around. I don't normally write online reviews, but I felt that Fine Drams deserved some praise for this great delivery.

I would highly recommend Fine Drams Excellent service and a Speedy delivery. “Perfect” I live in Scotland the home of the single malt but it is easier to get my favoured bottle of amber nectar from Denmark. “Amazing” I hope nothing changes after the 31st October when we get our Brexit.
