Had our phone system upgraded yesterday by Warren, best thing we can say is we didn't really notice he was here. Minimal disruption on the day and new phones are working a treat.

Talked us through everything and how it all worked.
The tidy up job he has done on our network box is unreal and transformed our office. We couldn't be more pleased.

We had a problem with Microsoft 365 earlier this morning. No staff members could access emails. I sent a message to the service desk and Oliver responded he has been amazing throughout the whole process and got us back up & running. Big thank you to Oliver!

Had a great service from the company. All set up very quickly. Service engineer was very helpful in explaining how to use the phones and Carly Winrow the Provisioning Co-ordinator called to make sure all was working and has also sent us user guides and helpful links. Excellent service.

Carly Winrow made this process seamless. She was very helpful with all aspects of the install from making sure that the correct equipment was chosen to arranging a convenient time for the install to take place with minimal disruption.

We have had some issues with our network dropping in and out. An engineer Warren was sent out to help diagnose the problem. He was exceptionally thorough, found the issue and fixed it for us. He also helped us with a few different queries that we had regarding the logins and phone system. He was professional, friendly and helpful. Thank you for all your help!

Company kept me very well informed around attendance dates etc. The engineer also made contact to confirm arrival times and was on time.
Completed all tasks, very professional, knowledgeable, clean and tidy. Whilst also being friendly and approachable.
All in all, very satisfied. Would highly recommend.

If I was rating the Firstcom engineer's visit I would have given it 5 stars easily! Warren (the engineer) made the switch over of phones and broadband super easy. He was extremely polite, pleasant and patience taking time to explain the new system and dealing with our external IT consultant to ensure everything could be switched over smoothly. What an asset to the company.
I have slightly reduced the score due to how long we have waited for the install and issues with the line installation. There was also a facility missing from the phone services. Nothing major and nothing that would prevent me recommending them - just not a full five stars on this occasion
