Would hesitate to recommend

We signed up our business to Firstcom in order to update our business phone lines. Chris Kirkwood was very helpful from the first visit and has always been available for help since then. Whenever we have had an issue it has been resolved quickly and efficiently. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Replace broadband line (Callum Engineer)

Callum (Engineer) attended our company to replace a broadband line. We found him polite, attentive and got the job finished in record time. 🙂 We have only been with FirstComm a couple of months but so far so good.

Excellent

We purchased our phone system from Anthony Fitzpatrick a number of years ago when the company was Telesis. He was excellent then and continued in the same manner over the years. The rest of the team were also faultless. Now we are retiring and closing our business the assistance we have received from Anthony and the team has been great. Thanks to everyone.

Excellent service by Sam. A very professional and polite engineer.

The process of changing to the new system was done very well by the First Com Europe engineer, Sam. He was very professional and considerate when working in our office. We appreciate the work done and are very happy with our new phones with the newest technology starlink!

Upgrading broadband

We have worked with Firstcom for several years and always found them to be helpful. We recently upgraded our broadband and worked with Carly Winrow - she kept in touch every step of the way and had a very proactive approach, thank you Carly!

My calls were answered very quickly and in a really friendly manner. Charlie helped to resolve the problem and was really approachable and explained things in simple (non technical) terms to me. He was great, thank you.

Charlie was brilliant in sorting out my remote connection, it was challenging but he worked hard and called back when he said he would and we eventually got it to work, thank you!

Nigel (Engineer) attended our dental…

Nigel (Engineer) attended our dental practice today. The phones had been down for a few days so you can imagine the inconvenience. Nigel within minutes had diagnosed the issue - fixed the problem that was within his remit and explained why it had happened in layman's terms so I completely understood the issue with no jargon. An excellent employee from Firstcom Europe.

Had a full telecommunications install…

Had a full telecommunications install today, both Warren and Callum were excellent representatives of 1st com, both very efficient, tidy and polite and both went above and beyond to ensure all cabling was hidden and left behind a very tidy install.
Would highly recommend 1st com and their team.
5 stars are not enough, definitely a 11 out of 10.

I find that any work that needs to be… is carried out straight away. Customer service are very helpful.

Remote IT support

Having reported my issue through eh service desk email, I received a call back on my mobile as working remotely, within half an hour. Oliver sorted the first issue straight away, the second was a little more tricky but fair play, he stuck at it and the printer links a dream.
