I never received my order that was paid in full. I reached out to the company many times about this. They responded that they would look into, but after months since ordering... nothing. I would never order from them again. Terrible company!

If there was a minus 1 that’s what I would have given! Really poor non existent customer service! Ordered 4 x weeks ago no product and despite chasing 3 x times no response! Seriously give this company a wide berth!

This company is a CON. DO NOT do business with them. You will be very unhappy & pissed off. I never received my order & no one will contact me. If I could, I would give a zero rating. I want a refund. No one is responding.

I ordered and paid 2 months ago and still havent received my order

i have been try to reach the company for over a month. I have sent at least 10 different emails. not one response. I placed the order on July 1. As of today, August 8th, nothing, and I paid extra for priority processing...
I have ordered from them in the past with no issues other than a pretty long turn around time. (3+ weeks)
Save your money and time and order from a company in the USA.. May be a little more money, but at least you will get your merchandise!!

I have emailed several times to this company about my order that has never arrived. I have never gotten a response. I would NEVER recommend purchasing from them.

I checked the company and product before ordering on June 29, 2025 - As of August 1, 2025, I still have not received my order and, when I was finally able to access the tracking app, I learned that the shipment was prepared but was never picked up by the shipper. (Worse yet, the first screen indicated an expected delivery date for my order of 4/5/2022-4/6/2022.)

I’m having the same experience as everyone else. I placed an order that never showed up and no one will respond. It’s a scam, unfortunately. Do not order.

I placed an order with this company nearly 2 months ago, I've been trying to reach out to them through their email as they have no phone number. Nobody's getting back to me. I'm assuming it's a scam you can have problems with shipping, but you should have a customer service structure in place response to your client which you charged their credit card for your "merchandise". Received email from the founder- shame on you!!

I would put a 0 if possible, as I have not even received the item I ordered to review.

Ordered products which never arrived. Several attempts to communicate with Flavenly went unanswered.

I placed an order last year and loved the products! Then I just placed another order in early June and have not received my package or any updates about it. I've sent multiple emails and received no response. Do not buy from this company right now. Something is clearly up.

I ordered this product over 6 weeks ago and haven’t received it. I have tried to contact them multiple times and have had no return correspondence. I have now reported this company to the ACCC and I recommend as many other people report also as this company is a scam!

I placed an order with Flavenly on June 6, 2025, and I am still waiting for my purchase. I have tried numerous times to contact their customer service team, but I haven't received any response. I don't understand what's going on. I have purchased from them before without any issues.

This is a scam!! I ordered (and paid) over a month ago. I have not received my order and am receiving no response to multiple emails. Save yourself stress and money, don’t buy here.
