Floks  Avis

Super product (pillow), helpful staff and a lovely store so close to home!

Excellent customer service and fabulous products. I’ve previously bought the Floks pillows and this summer bought the summer duvet and it’s the perfect blend of cosy and light. Very happy with my nights’ sleep!

A stunning quilt, beautifully wrapped. It’s warm but light, and feels so soft and comfortable.

Shipping was very fast for an international delivery.
The personal following up by email was very professional and friendly,

Great easy to navigate website and ordering process reflecting the high quality shop which we have also visited and purchased from. Products are excellent and fulfil all expectations. Thank you

First class company with first class products. Certainly the best duvet and pillows out there in my experience. Well done Floks.

Excellent product

Big fan of Floks and their products. They are not cheap but I think the quality and offering is 1st class.

So far I have bought 3 duvets and 4-5 pillows and I am very happy. Delivery and packaging are also excellent.

Lovely quilt for the summer

We ordered the Mini Floks toddler duvet and pillow set as our son was growing out of his sleeping bags. I was a bit nervous about this transition especially in this warm weather. But he absolutely loves them. So cosy, yet light, breathable and easy for him to move. The little pillow is perfect for him, can’t believe how much he seems to be enjoying his new wooly set up!

I am over the moon with our new duvet, having used goose feather ones for years this is far superior. We chose a medium weight which is lower than the 13.5 tog we are use to; however, this duvet gives perfect weight and doesn’t make me get too hot like I normally would have with my feather one this time of year. Definitely worth the money, sheep’s wool is amazing, wish I had converted years ago, and with the fantastic service from Floks I will be buying more for all our other beds.

This is the best summer duvet I have ever owned. The quality and effectiveness is incredible! A MUST buy, especially in this heat!

Excellent communication and prompt delivery. The pillows are excellent.

This was my second purchase of a Floks pillow after lending mine to my husband he wanted one!!

Exceptional customer service and product! Since using my wool pillow and topper, I have slept better and I feel more rested in the morning. Thank you Sophie and everyone at Floks!

Excellent customer service. A real pleasure to deal with . Sophie was wonderful.

Well my initial order didn't arrive, contacted Floks via their online chat . I have to say was sceptical about using this , but they replied within minutes , apologized for the delay & the team resolved my issue quickly & efficiently . I am sleeping better with my new wool pillows & lovely quality they are . Sustainable & British made , always a plus for me. Packaged really well, great duffle type bag . Would recommend Floks ,thank you to the team for resolving my order issue , Many thanks.

As someone who is very allergic to wool and feathers, the search for good quality bedding that feels luxurious has always been a challenge for me. Until I found Floks. The duvet and pillows are wool filled but made in such a clever way that they are hypo-allergenic. Incredible. I have had some of my best and deepest nights sleep since purchasing my winter duvet and can highly recommend you try one! Floks customer service is also extremely personal and of a very high standard.

I was recommended to buy the Floks duvet by a friend and decided to get a medium pillow too. I love all things wool and I'm keen on sustainable, British-made products so this was an exciting, if pricey, purchase. I've now had them for almost 7 months and I'm sorry to say, I just don't get on with them like everyone else seems to. The duvet feels to me like a hollow fibre duvet that lies over the top of you, unlike a feather and down duvet that moulds cozily around your shape.

The pillow in particular is very disappointing. Every morning I pummel it in all directions and shake it around but over time, my head has flattened out the middle leaving the wool still plump around the edges. There's no way to redistribute the wool so I'm giving up on it. Perhaps the firmer version would be better in that once flattened in the middle, it might be the right depth under the head, I don't know.

I've edited this review and would say that Floks are very customer-friendly and have offered recompense. Their passion for this bedding is impressive but it's not the best material for a pillow, in my opinion.
