I knew this pillow would work for me as soon as I put my head on it, even though slightly firmer than expected. Order and delivery all smooth and quick.
I’m very happy with this wool pillow. It’s extremely comfortable, provides great support, and keeps its shape really well throughout the night. I especially love that it’s filled with natural wool —... Voir plus

Getting into bed each night is no longer a mundane thing we do, it's a full body sleep therapy experience.
Thank you for making the best bedding in the world. I have turned into a cat - just as content to lie in the sunny spot on my bed than get up and enjoy the sunny day!
Each night I hug my pillow with such affection it is like meeting an old friend whose seen you through so many ups and downs! The all-seasons duvet holds me in a sturdy embrace. I love the support, the bounce, the luxurious crinkle sound of the crisp cotton case. I picture the flock encircling me at night as they might shielding their lambs from the wolves in the darkness. Getting into bed each night is no longer a mundane thing we do, it's a full body sleep therapy experience.
In case you need any more convincing, the customer care is second to none. Sophie, the Floks head shepherd, is an absolute gem. She really cares about her products, her customers, and her community.

First class products
Having reviewed wool bedding for some time. I decided to visit Floks to see their products first hand. I visited their shop twice and was very impressed with the quality and the finish of the products. I spoke at length with both the staff on each occasion. They were extremely helpful. Polite and informative. I originally ordered the pillows and then contacted the owner to discuss the duvets. Sophie was an absolute pleasure to deal with and I ended up ordering the all season duvet. I cannot believe the difference this has made to my sleep quality. I cannot recommend this company high enough. The staff and owner give outstanding customer service and the quality of the products is excellent. What a difference these products make. First class.

Outstanding pillows
Outstanding product. Purchased the soft wool pillows x2. Great support. It is not as fluffy as a down pillow however it offers brilliant support (just right) and got a great nights rest. Simply love it. It is better than various others I have tried (Temper-Pedic symphony comes somewhat close). I can stop searching. Well packaged with a storage bag thrown in. Can recommend it wholeheartedly.

Hello and thank you for taking the time to review your new Floks winter duvet. As the weight of wool duvets compared to feather can often feel a little lighter than people are used to it can take a few days to get used to having the warmth without the weight.
