Casey, our sales advisor, was knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. We also received an excellent discount and communication has been excellent throughout the process. I am repairing a laminate floor before selling my flat following water damage. I urgently needed 2 replacement packs of Quickstep laminate. I had tried 3 other flooring companies and hadn't had a sniff of any of them being interested in helping or finding what I needed. Corey sorted it in minutes and arranged super-quick, cheap delivery.
