Good size flooring samples
I just ordered some flooring samples for the moment, but the communication was great and the samples arrived quickly and they are very good size samples that allows you to see the colour better, than the usual little ones other companies send.

Customer service is useless
Customer service is useless! I have been chasing for nearly 2 weeks on getting the right item shipped, but being ignored! I ring up, i get told to email, just so they can ignore me! They were quick to sell to me but as soon as there was an issue with my order, have ghosted me!

Third time lucky
I looked on the Karndean website and Flooring Supplies was recommended as a supplier.
They came to the party with a price match so I ordered on the 'phone 30sqm plus adhesive.
Nothing arrived so I called. Very sorry tried again.
Nothing again, so I called the main office not the sales.
Finally my order was correct and it arrived. (not marked for collection as before)
On the plus side the delivery guy was really helpful. I would like to give him 5 stars.

They do not send samples. They do not respond to emails. Useless.
On 2 separate occasions I have ordered samples in order to prepare for ordering the materials for a job. Neither have arrived. My chasing by email has fallen ignored — multiple different emails with no response at all. This is the worst online business I have ever used. Do not waste your time trying to order from them, at all.
