I was quite pessimistic about the…
I was quite pessimistic about the concept of an AI interview but upon completing it I realised that it was actually far more efficient for both candidate and employer. Being able to get indepth answers from tailor made questions about me and my cv was far more interesting and fun than answering the same bog standard questions.

Flowmingo does have an optional proactive outreach feature that can help candidates share their profiles with relevant recruiters or hiring contacts in areas they are interested in. This should be based on user authorization and should not create an unwanted or confusing experience for recipients.
That said, if you received CVs that felt irrelevant or unsolicited, we want to review them carefully and understand how your email was reached.
