Replacement bag received in record time.

Though we received a damaged suitcase from Flymax, they have responded to us and have sent us a replacement bag in very good time.
A disappointing first parcel has led to a perfect condition second parcel. There has been no hassle at all. Thankyou Flymax.

Handle and Zip broken

After flying the lock and handle to my suitcase was broken. Flymax responded quickly to my email and efficiently when providing a replacement case.

Deliberately misleading

I bought a Flymax cabin bag via Amazon (but dispatched by Flymax), meant to be 40x30x20, the new Ryanair max size.
This morning I received a bag which was 40x25x20, probably old stock from before Ryanair upped their allowance.
A simple mistake? I doubt it, as someone else had left a review to say the exact same thing had happened to them. It looks like Flymax are trying to get rid of leftover stock and are hoping that the end user doesn't have a tape measure.

Had a broken wheel caused by baggage handlers

Had a broken wheel. Damaged by baggage handlers. I approached company for a replacement wheel, provided free, however the original wheel housing was discontinued so a replacement case was sent. I have purchased 2 x 29 and 1 x32 fkymax cases through Amazon and the customer support has made them my go to company fur future Luggage purchases Steve

After purchasing a large case from Flymax I had a small issue with the wheel. After contacting their customer service. Kass organised a replacement case had it delivered the next day with no charge. In today’s market this is very rare. I would highly recommend Flymax. Thank you KASS. Regards Mark

Absolutely terrible quality

Absolutely terrible quality, we bought 3 cases last year and after 1 holiday we had 3 damaged cases, and to be fair they were all exchanged by flymax for brand new cases, but then fast forward to this years Holiday and now we are back with 3 more broken cases, I mean what’s the point do I just go on every year claiming for new ones, or cut my losses and buy some descent cases 🤷

TERRIBLE

Terrible, they cannot send out the correct item and then cause issues and threaten you, terrible items, terrible company, terrible customer service. AVOID AVOID AVOID!

I’m on holiday, first of all you told me to use a courier, then sending threatening messages. You’re welcome to have it back but your inadequateness shouldn’t be causing me issues. Unless you want unnecessary problems don’t use this stupid company.

Warranty replacement suitcase …

BoughtFlymax suitcase that unfortunately was damaged on our return trip home, contacted Flymax sent photo evidence of damage and received a replacement suitcase under warranty. Excellent and very prompt service, thanks Flymax

Worst company ever

Worst company ever. Do not use. Purchased via Amazon for urgent delivery today. This was needed for an emergency flight tomorrow leaving the UK at 5am Friday morning We have had to go out at 10pm tonight to a 24/7 supermarket to buy a new case. Do not trust them. Tu won’t get the goods.

One time use only!

I bought the 56 x 45 x 35cm turquoise cabin bag and it's become a "one time use" product. Despite being handled carefully by myself, the taxi driver and hotel transfer driver AND put in cabin rather than hold luggage, it's developed a hole, is extremely grubby so can no longer be used. Added to that, it doesn't stay upright which makes handling awkward. I wouldn't recommend this product or buy again but acknowledge how spacious and good looking it is. Sadly my suitcase is going to landfill which I feel is a great shame.

Good value suitcase

Lovely suitcase one of the wheels collapsed on using it for the first time after contacting the company a replacement was sent within 48 hours ! Cannot fault their customer service

I purchased a 2 Flymax cabin bags and 1 handle fractured while on holiday. Reported thois with pictures. Flymax reviewed and replaced the handle.
Very good service and a company that listens to their customers. I hjave since purchasede another different larger cabin bag to suit another airline due to this service from Flymax. Well done. Very good communication rom Kass Arif and very professional in nhis approach with a customer. Thanks Flymax.

Great after sales service and product

I purchased one of the Flymax suitcases and was delighted with it, so purchased a matching smaller one. I was so disappointed to discover the lock was faulty. I contacted Flymax to report the problem. They replaced the faulty suitcase within a few days.
What great customer service and support. Would highly recommended them and their products

Excellent large suitcases x2

Excellent large suitcases x2. One case arrived in 48hours, the second case went AWOL. The delivery company “DPD” gave various reasons for the loss of the second case, none of which was their fault! Having contacted the seller for help “Kass Arif” he followed and tracked the suitcase which DPD had sent to the wrong distribution centre, hence the delay. Thank you Kass Arif for your intervention, my 2nd case arrived late but at last it arrived. Thanks to Kass Arif for the valuable assistance in sorting my missing case. The cases are superb.

Bought the small cabin case in…

Bought the small cabin case in September 2024
Set the combination lock as per instructions
On my first trip no problem on arrival.
On preparation for the return journey lock could not be opened using the combination I had set despite trying a number of times.
The case is now in a skip as it's useless without the lock.
Don't buy this product

So rude

I had an issue and contacted customer service who responded
"Im sorry you feel entitled"
besides the fact I did not ever use that word, didn't you ever learn how effing rude it is to apologise for other's feelings? I have never dealt with a ruder or more insulting company

Shipments always arrive securely and intact. Each package is carefully packaged to prevent damage. I never worry about my items' condition upon arrival. The level of care with packaging is impressive. I trust my purchases will be handled with care. Secure packaging gives peace of mind when ordering.
