Frustrating but resolved eventually.
I'm giving this a generous 3 stars because when I did finally get through to someone my complaint was dealt with in a very satisfactory manner and I received a full refund. I sent several messages via the website with no response and in the end opted to post a letter recorded delivery. Someone did get in touch, reviewed my complaint and processed a full refund. So although difficult to contact their customer service was very good. Polite, professional, excellent communication and dealt with my case quickly with no fuss. That said with regards to their luggage we were very disappointed with the quality of it and would not consider buying it in the future.

Took suitcase from car, moved 5 metres and wheel fell off. Contacted company twice by email, no phone number, totally ignored. Inferior quality products do not deserve to be sold. Hopefully this review will save a few people hard earned money.
Great service!
My original order was processed quickly, and for a good price. One of the cases I bought developed a fault and within a few emails a replacement was on the way. Really pleased with the product, but more so with the service! Thanks!
Finally received communication
I did originally write a negative review for Flymax luggage. I was unhappy as there was no communication with the company with regards to my return, however, I have now finally received communication as to where to return my suitcase so all good! My returns will be sent by courier tomorrow and I am hopeful to get a full refund.

Disappointed
After using the cases once, the combination lock didn’t work on both cases, leaving us with no option but to leave them unlocked for the flight home. Have emailed Flymax who,have chosen to ignore me. No phone number available. Terrible company, avoid!
Avoid this unhelpful business…
Ordered suitcase in January 2022 ahead of travelling in April 2022. On 2nd time of using, noticed the stitching on inside of top handle was starting to unpick and when I later picked up case, the handle snapped off! The bag was weighing 21kg at check in so not overweight. Complained to company via Ebay but they were very uncommunicative (presumably knowing the complaint was being made over 30 days after delivery so Ebay would not offer money back). I have emailed them many times but they have chosen to ignore me despite the fact the case was clearly defective and not fit for purpose. I am hugely annoyed and disappointed with this company and would advise others to avoid at all costs. Only offering 1 star as no.option for 0!
