I ordered a suitcase from Flymax via Amazon. The suitcase arrived damaged and when I contacted Flymax, they refused to accept this and said they would not issue a replacement or refund and did not want to know. Their customer service is diabolical and I would avoid this company at all cost. I contacted Amazon who intervened and the company then accepted a return and sent me a returns label; The suitcase has been posted back and I received confirmation that they had received it on the 2nd August. I have chased the refund through Amazon today and they have said they won't be issuing a refund which now leaves me out of pocket and not even with a damaged suitcase.

Had an issue with the delivery of my new suitcases, I contacted Flymax and Kass was quickly to respond, he organised next day Saturday delivery for two new suitcases and arranged collection for Monday - very prompt and helpful. Would have been 5 star if the suitcases hadn’t been the wrong colour!

Bought a new Flymax suitcase this year and went to Florida & back to Belfast when we Arrived in Belfast picked up my case and it was missing a Wheel, not a Happy Man brand new case, when I got home I Emailed Flymax and told them what happened, they asked for some pictures which I sent and they sent me out a new wheel in 3 days Thank Kass at Flymax, Because I really liked the suitcase thanks again Flymax.

These guys are excellent.
I had a little problem with the couriers, but Kass and team were right on it and resolved it quickly with no fuss.

The customer service was excellent, my problem with returning an order and getting a refund was dealt with promptly. The only issue I have is that when ordering from Ireland you end up having to pay extra VAT, the Ireland rate, and a processing charge for that which came to about an extra €23.00 on a £60.00 item! There was no warning of this or facility to have the UK VAT waived as Irish VAT was going to have to be paid.

Great size suitcase for kids or adults. Haven't used yet as they arrived too late, but I've kept them as I was given a discount. Lovely colours. Hopefully I'll get to use them soon. Good company for answering emails.

I am really impressed with this company. The products are good quality and sturdy and the customer service is second to none. I had an issue where the wrong product was delivered by accident and I had a deadline to receive the new luggage as I’m travelling. The customer service agent Kass Arif was extremely responsive and quick to help and within 24 hours he sorted my issue and I had the luggage I ordered on its way. The new order was processed on Saturday and I had the correct order on Monday! HIGHLY recommend and would definitely order again with them.

I purchased a suitcase and used it twice. The stitching started to come undone so I contacted the seller requesting a refund. Even after Amazon intervened and I returned the suitcase, Flymax refused to refund even though they had the returned suitcase which came with a one year warranty. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

AVOID. Flymax will scam you and not issue a refund unless you provide details regardless of if you actually return items. SCAM

I ordered a small flight case through Amazon but needed next day delivery. The delivery driver arrived next day and rang bell. He waited no longer than 5 seconds before scarpering - value of video doorbell. I needed the case the following day and phoned to ask if I could collect it from the courier, but they wouldn’t allow me to. I couldn’t return it because I didn’t have it and a year later no case, no refund despite emailing them directly. My advice would be to find an alternative supplier

I recently damaged one of the wheels on my first rate and invaluable Flymax shopping trolley so, as the rest of the trolley was perfect, I emailed Flymax to ask if I could buy a replacement wheel. They very kindly sent me 2 new wheels free of charge. In this day and age when so many companies put profit ahead of customer satisfaction I was touched and delighted with this wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend this company and will certainly use them again for any future requirements.

AVOID! received suitcase which was faulty, I returned it, the owner doesn't acknowledged my retun and didn't get refund

Having purchased a 29” red suitcase for my mother in law directly from FlyMax, we needed to return it as the suitcase was unfortunately too large for her needs. The case itself was well made and looked very good.

We contacted FlyMax customer service and Kass Arif responded swiftly and efficiently to our request for a return, providing us with an Evri code to enable us to make the return free of charge. Upon confirming that the suitcase was on its way back the refund was processed without delay.

A wheel on our Flymax hardshell suitcase was broken by baggage handlers during a holiday. I contacted Flymax to enquire whether I could buy a new wheel as they are easily exchangeable and, after email correspondence with Kass Arif, I was promised a replacement. Imagine my utter surprise when a brand new suitcase was delivered free of charge. What incredible generosity.

I bought a Flymax small and large suitcase last year and sometime this year after one of my travels, the saw that one of the wheels of the large suitcase had come off. So I reported this issue to Flymax and they sent me a new wheel. I was able to fix it and even travel with it again. However, I probably didn’t tighten it well enough so when my housemate borrowed my suitcase, it came off again and she couldn’t find the wheel. I reached back out to Flymax for a replacement wheel and they sent me a brand new suitcase within a week. Very grateful for this generous offer. I even wanted to give them back the old suitcase because it’s still in a very good shape but they have asked me to keep it. Kass Arif is who I’ve been in correspondence with from Flymax this whole time. Very responsive and kind.

Big mistake buying holdall as it bloated out and didn't fit on conveyer belt at check in at airport..hard to pull along on wheels as luggage kept moving from one side to the other so bag fell over or leaned to one side...as i came to think that theres no support inside bag to stop this..ive had way better holdells thanbthis and far mire tougher than this!.no way is this durable..its not rip stop material!as I've now a hole underneath and only used once!....pain in the but lugging it around as was bad experience..never again...my advice?..just get a normal suitcase on wheels but not this make..Tripp suitcases?
