Awful. I placed an order after checking their FAQs and other info on the website and then discovered that it wasn’t immediate and would take me several hours to send the tickets! I needed it about 4-5 hrs later. Cost me $10 and they’re refusing to refund despite acknowledging that their website is completely unclear and says nothing about needing to wait. AVOID!

It's an excellent service at onwardfly.com, totally a different domain and brand name (Onward Fly vs. Fly Onward), you guys need to figure it out and don't get it wrong. I "rented" a ticket at onwardfly.com last week and oh man it really worked, great support too.

They're a scam. Robbed me. Took the money, no ticket.

Just DON'T. Onwardfly is a TOTAL Scam!!!! . They take forever to issue a ticket, and if they do, it is totally fake, and the flights combination don't make any sense. They supposedly have a refund system but they don't, they just start making up excuses. Don't waste your money! !!

3 years ago they were legitimate, I bought a ticket and it came right on time. But now, it's a scam.

I booked from this site and received in the exact time and date I was suppose to receive my ticket.
Unfortunately, this website doesnt exist anymore.
There's a lot of people saying that Fly Onward is a scam, but I didnt have any problems. I used the service in 2016 and was good!

Honestly guys this company is a SCAM. I wish I checked the reviews first. They took my money and no ticket arrived so ended up having to pay for a real ticket on my way to the airport. They didn't respond to my email so PayPal refunded me. Do not use them it's not worth the hassle even if a few get lucky it seems the majority get duped. They need to be shut down immediately

Their SSL certificate is expired, PayPal does not accept their payments anymore. Based on what the others are saying, I have avoided them.

However, I tried searching for alternatives. Behold, bestonwardticket seems to do exactly the same thing and the reviews here on trustpilot are very good. Booked my return ticket, got a confirmation email, waiting for their business hours for the ticket to be delivered.

They charged me right away, but couldn't be bothered to get me the ticket. My friend waited 5 hours for his. Mine never came. So they just stole 10 dollars from me and created lots of stress at the airport. Will never use the service again!

They DON'T deliver. I paid them and NEVER heard back of them. What a scam! They don't even reply to any e-mails.

Stay away from them. Don't waste your time, energy and money with them.

I have used this service for times, with for family members each time, and it keeps getting rejected by Delta for one reason or another. I have contacted their customer support four times, and have not heard back from them even once to this day.

For this service to work, they would need to book the tickets from a different airline than I'm flying, and unfortunately, that isn't an option right now.

It seems like a great idea, and I really want to keep trying, but I can’t blow any more money until they figure it out on their end.

Wish I could put 1 star, as I ordered a ticket, paid extra to get it on a certain day and time and received the emails stating that I would receive them in 3 hours and 40 or so minutes and never received them! It's been well over 4 days and I still never received the email with the ticket. Complete rip off. Will not be using again.

Never again.

Why can't I put zero stars? Fly Onward are complete crooks with no regard to the repercussions that they could potentially put travellers in. We ordered two tickets, received all the automated emails and even the morning of saying your tickets will arrive in 3 hours. Mind you, to be extra organised we paid extra to schedule the tickets to arrive at the right time. Fancy and lovely website hooked us in stupidly! No response from them at all, never got the tickets and by some miracle, no-one asked us to show an onward flight ticket at check-in and landing in our destination. I just hope no-one else goes through the stress we did. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!

And currently, I'm following two PayPal claims up to get a refund as this pathetic company never respond.

I had already left one review for another purchase, and this is another on this company. I had actually bought two tickets one after the other and the second one to issue on November 17. It is now November 18.

This one also did not get issued and no response from the company.

So two strikes! You decide if it is worth wasting your time with this company.

Now I have two claims to deal with in Paypal.

Another person here who used them successfully a couple times in the past so had no idea they were suddenly scamming people. On my flight on Oct.29th I was asked for an onward ticket and had to panic and then manage to buy a real, non refundable one! And this is after buying *two* fly onward tickets and contacting them tons wondering why it wasn't working. Really upset with with this company, they should take their website down!!

Payment taken, but no ticket received - like everyone else here. Shame because I used it in January with no problems. Looks like the company no longer operates but is still taking money.

Opened a dispute with PayPal so should get my money back at least!

Do not use - I'm about to fly and have been hanging about on edge waiting for a ticket and nothing is coming. I've started searching online and found this. Too late I've paid my money.
