Works like a charm. Received my ticket in time, as promised. No hidden fees/tricks.

Hat einmal funktioniert. Beim zweiten mam nicht mehr. Kein Ticket und Geld weg. Kein Service! Mails werden nicht beantwortet.

Beware - Total Scam

I have used this before and it worked - however the second time no ticket whatsoever despite receiving both the pay pal and fly onward confirmations - to add insult to injury I have sent 3 emails to so called customer services and received nothing - disgraceful service - don't risk it !!!!

Total scam.
Paid 17$ and never got so much as even a confirmation email. Much less any tickets or anything. They take your money and do NOTHING.
I had to book a refundable ticket myself and open a case with PayPal.
Wish I had read these reviews before.

My story is the same as everyone before me. I purchased a ticket rental last month and saw these reviews after it was purchased. I have an open claim against the company as no one has contacted me about this even after several attempts of contacting the merchant. If you need an onward ticket, I suggest booking one on American Express travel. They have a 24 hour free cancellation period.

Update Oct 1: dispute with PayPal resolved in my favor as the company never even answered the claim with them either.

As everyone else has said, its a scam. They stole $33.00 from me. This is one of the last emails I sent them. I still have heard nothing...

This is the 4th message I have sent you regarding the tickets I rented, and I have yet to hear anything form anyone. I rented 2 tickets for 48hours. I receive a confirmation email that the tickets were booked but never received an itinerary. I emailed you the moment that I noticed I had a confirmation but no itinerary in hopes that it could get sorted out before I had to get on my flight the next morning. I emailed twice that day, and waited through the night in hopes that I would not have to book another ticket. When I woke up the next day for my early flight there was still no itinerary, so I had to buy one on my own. The whole point of using your service was so that this would not happen. I arrived in panama and still nothing form anyone, no itinerary, no apologies, not even an ounce of recognition that there was a serious mistake, one that cost me a lot of money. All I want is a refund of the money I paid you 33.98. I paid for a service that I did not receive, this does not feel good. It almost feels like this whole site is a scam, steeling from venerable travelers looking for the best way to make their money last. I really hope that someone acknowledges this mistake and that I receive a complete refund. Please let me know that you are better then this, that this is not just a site that steels from people who are really trying to live their live to the fullest.

Wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased this ticket. Was left paying full price at the desk because the ticket hadn't come through. Like everyone else they took the money, will have to now waste some of my holiday disputing this with Paypal it seems. Don't waste your time on these guys.

Used it twice. First time it worked and everything was good.
Second time like described below. Money was taken but no ticket received.
It is really poor to not answer mails and give a refund. So it was a lot of trouble with paypal to get the money back. But at least paypal has an appropriate customer service to handle problems like this.
Will not use it again.

I originally booked a one way and after being told I needed an onward ticket by friends, I was looking into a bus company to purchase a cheap onward travel ticket. After searching onward travel arrangements I found the top 5 companies. Flyonward.com was the number one recommended.

I ended up spending 16.99 for my total booking because I needed 48 hours and I needed to schedule the delivery time. Because of Hurricane Irma, my original flight was cancelled and had to be booked 7 days out.

I was very happy to see it was delivered on time via selected email. Sometimes trust your instinct. I am glad I used this company and so in spite of the negative reviews I highly recommend the service.

I used the service 3 times so far and always got my ticket.

Dreadful experience - don't use

I tried Fly Onward for the first time this week, and definitely won't be using them again. I've had the same experience as many people; booked my 24 hour ticket with plenty of time ahead of my flight; the money was taken instantly from my Paypal; I received the initial email; and then... silencio. I've contacted them multiple times but not received a response. I'll be filing my claim through Paypal now too.

Don't use Flyonward!!

FlyOnward at FlyOnward.com is a SCAM. We paid for an onward ticket on their website at least 12 hours before our flight and have received a confirmation of our payment right away. We waited 8 hours before we have received their confirmation email that our order was processed and that we will receive the ticket in 10 mins from them or TripCase. We've waited but no ticket came. We've sent them inquiries via email and their website but there wasn't any response from them. We've received an email them following day that ticket has already expired. We've been sending them inquiries to at least refund us with our payment but they are not responding to messages.

I was in need of a return ticket out of the Philippines within the same day. l, was flying from Lisbon to Cebu, I paid and received an email that looked like an acknowledgement of my booking but without any confirmation number. The email said a ticket would follow by email but it did not. The the airline rejected the email I showed them. After much stress and attempting to contact customer service (I received no reply from that help request or a request for refund later) Emirates in Lisbon were kind enough to fix me a temporary ticket.

Used to work back in the day (like a year ago) but I have just used them twice in the last 3 months and on the first instance they emailed me the booking confirmation about 12 hours after I paid (after I needed to board my flight! Way too late, what a joke!). And the second time I used them they didn't send me anything, period. I would say they are a complete scam now. Avoid avoid avoid

I used fly onward to book a return trip for my trip to South America. After an hour they processed my request and charged me for the service but I never received a ticket. When I tried to contact them about it I received no response. I was required to purchase an expensive return ticket at the gate because they never followed through. The next day I got an email saying that my ticket was now void and wishing me safe travels. I have contacted them twice since about a refund and still have not received a reply. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! It is a scam!

ZERO STARS. SHORT ATTENTION SPAN? GO DIRECTLY TO NO. 5.

1. FLYONWARD TOOK MY MONEY VIA PAYPAL AND DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING IN RETURN. THEY INDICATE 5 MINUTES TO 2 HOURS SERVICE. I STARTED CONTACTING THEM AFTER 30 MINUTES TO CLOSE TO 4 HOURS LATER SEVERAL TIMES AND GOT ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE.

2. SO I LOOK CLOSELY AT THE REFUND POLICY ON THEIR SITE. I STIPULATES YOU HAVE PRECIOUSLY LITTLE TIME TO CONTACT THEM USING ONLY THEIR INTERNAL MESSAGING SYSTEM (WHICH GIVES NO RECORD OF COMMUNICATION) ... WITHIN TWO HOURS OF THE ORDER ... TO GET A REFUND. SEEM LIKE A SCAM YET?! READ ON.

3. AFTER ARRIVING AT MY DESTINATION I CALLED PAYPAL TO START A DISPUTE TO GET TO 10$ BACK.

4. 10 DAYS LATER I GET AN EMAIL FROM PAYPAL TELLING ME MY DISPUTE WAS UNSUCESSFUL AS THERE WAS FRAUDULENT USE OF MY ACCOUNT??!! FRAUDULENT USE? WHAT THE HECK IS THAT??!

4. SO AFTER CONTACTING PAYPAL TO GET TO THE BOTTOM OF THIS IT TURNS OUT NOT ONLY WAS I GETTING A REFUND (FLYONWARD DIDNT EVEN RESPOND) AND PAYPAL CONFIRMED THAT THEY SENT NO EMAIL TO ME. IT WAS A SPOOF!

5. THE EMAIL I GOT WAS A VERY GOOD SPOOF. IT MENTIONED ME BY FIRST AND LAST NAME , ALL ADDRESSES AND PHONE NUMBERS TO PAYPAL WERE CORRECT, WHICH ACCORDING TO PAYPAL, IS VERY UNUSUAL. HOWEVER, THE FIRST NAME RECITED IN THE EMAIL WAS NOT THE FIRST NAME ON FILE AT PAYPAL. HOWEVER, IT WAS THE SAME AS THE ONE GIVEN TO FLYONWARD! AND IT WAS USED EXACTLY 10 DAYS AFTER A DISPUTE PROCESS WAS INITIATED! THINK ABOUT THAT ... WHAT ODDS.

I WILL ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPANY. I WILL NOT USE THEIR SERVICE AND, PROBABLY MORE IMPORTANTLY, I WILL NOT GIVE THEM ANY MORE PERSONAL INFORMATION.

YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

I used them once and it was fine ... second time - didn't get my ticket until TEN HOURS later (too late for me to use). Also, NO RESPONSE from customer service after many messages sent trying to firstly find out when my ticket might be coming or then afterward trying to get a refund.

Entweder Betrug oder vollkommen nutzlos. Kein Ticket erhalten, trotz mehrfacher Mails. Bloß nicht drauf verlassen!
