Fly Onward Avis 86

Bought one 48 hours leave ticket to leave Philippines. The money has been taken from my bank account but the ticket never arrived. At the airport, I was denied boarding for impossibility to show a valid return ticket. Without a nice checking employee cheating and creating me a fake ticket, I would have lost a 600€ flight ticket. I wrote a mail to their customer service with booking number and all details. They never replied.

Do you want to get denied boarding ? detained by customs ? Deported to your home country with a huge fine ? If no, do not book with flyonward

Yup same as everyone else on here. I paid for a ticket and never received a thing from them. They are definitely scamming people and just taking money. I'm currently disputing the purchase with PayPal.

Identical review to those before me. I have used this company several times successfully...but a few days ago purchased through them, received no itinerary, and no response to my 4 emails. I was very lucky not to get checked for an onward ticket when flying that day!
Now going through PayPal for a refund.
I don't know what happened to this business but the site needs to be shut down.

it's a scam! they took my money. no feedback, no answers on emails. NOTHING!

used to use fly onwards all the time but recently tried and got no response to messages and no ticket. DO NOT USE!!

Used this mob first in October 2017 and got the tickets right on time.

Used them again on 22/10/17 and the tickets never arrived.Got no response from emails or their contact form online.

Tried again and ordered tickets on 27/10/17 and again no tickets and no response at all.

Fortunately Paypal will refund.

Maybe it used to deliver? Now its a scam.

Anyone who has already purchased and not received, file a dispute with paypal, you will get your money refunded.

I've used fly-onward about 4 or 5 times, and each time was PERFECT! Booked a ticket again over the weekend, and it never arrived. Emails and web contact forms aren't answered.

I think this service has been taken over by another agent who are clearly scamming people :(

Please don't use this service. Unfortunately I saw this review after I already paid a ticket there (which of course was never delivered). And for sure they didn't respond to any of my emails so far.

Flyonward.com is a scam. I bought the ticket for $9.99. I received a receipt email but no ticket. I tried to contact the site twice. I sent a comment through their site, no response.

Complete scam. Don't give them your money.

Never received a ticket and they're not replying to any of my messages asking for a refund.

A waste of time and money.

The idea is great ... but that is where my positive review ends. I needed proof of onward flight and found this site suggested by a travel blogger. I read --- and ignored-- the vast number of negative reviews, the great majority of which were 1-star and captioned "SCAM", and took a chance. As so many others have reported, Paypal confirmed my payment was made and then .... nothing. The website tells you to expect your ticket between 5 minutes and 3 hours later. The site also advised not to order a ticket too soon because it will expire within 24 hours. Well, I ordered my ticked 6 hours before going to the airport ... 24 hours later, I still don't have my ticket. Obviously, it is now useless to me. To board my flight, I had to buy an actual onward ticket from my destination --- something this site was ostensibly designed to avoid.

This site is bogus. Trust the hundreds of 1-star reviews and ignore the 3 or 4 positive reviews. Save your time and money.

They wouldn't refund my money after I paid for a ticket and never received one!

Ticket kam nicht (ein paar Stunden vor dem eigentlichen Ticket kam aber eine Bestätigungsemail, dass ich es in 4 Stunden bekomme), auf meine Beschwerde kam bis heute (über einen Monat später) keine Reaktion - nie wieder!

Ticket did not arrive (a few hours before the actual booking came another confirmation that they will deliver my ticket in 4 hours), my complaints were not answered until today (1,5 months later) - never again!

So I paid for the service before reading the reviews here, and then after found the reviews when googling how long the ticket would take.. I figured based on everyone here I was out 10 bucks. Annoying but whatever. While waiting in line at the airport I started looking for a cheap one way out of Japan, and then I checked my email and saw fly onward had sent me the ticket already. It took about an hour or so.
While this service worked perfectly well for me (didn't end up needing to provide proof of onward journey but peace of mind was nice) Im not sure I'm going to try it again based on others experiences.. might just try and find a refundable ticket myself next time.

Beware! this is fraud. after an automatically generated mail with order ID no ticket arrived, no emails answered.

SCAM! Don't trust this website... seems to be dead or abandoned. Not sure what happened here but I got scammed to and you never receive a reply from them. I had to escalate it to PayPal.
