Impossible to get hold of their customer service
Couldn't get hold of their customer service. Called them and stay on the line for over an hour still no answer. They have a WhatsApp chat number, sent a few messages but same result no response at all. Avoid this company.

Virgin Atlantic cancelled our flight, and the airline confirmed we are entitled to a full refund. However, FlySharp initially refused to process a refund and said we could only change the date.
They even asked us to email to “cancel” the booking, despite the flight already being cancelled by the airline which raised serious concerns about our refund rights.
This has been extremely stressful given the £955 involved. Customers should be aware of their rights if an airline cancels a flight and ensure all communication is kept in writing.
Very disappointing experience.

Problem solved quickly
When I discovered I'd accidentally booked my outbound flight on the wrong date I called Fly Sharp to ask for this to be rectified. I spoke to Parag in customer services and he was extremely polite, helpful and efficient. He switched the dates (with a small charge) and also chased up the arrival of my flight ticket - sending it over to me directly and on a Sunday. Thank you Parag!

Took around a thousand in toto from our client, all for nothing. Supposed to fly London to Delhi, referred to their associate for a visa; they ripped him off, weeks of stress, visa was gotten only on emergency basis from Embassy, at own expense.
Seems their strategy is, "wear them down 'til they give up", and "extract as much money as possible while delivering as little as possible.
Our colleague was very determined and patient, but not enough to get a result from these clowns. Avoid like the void.

Horrible company
Horrible company. If I could give them 0. Please avoid them at all cost. The booking has been cancelled without informing us. Airline saying they didn't receive the booking amount and hence the booking was cancelled. Called them several times but to no avail. Emailed the evidence to their email ID but received no reply and I was supposed to fly in 3 days. I'm now going to escalate this issue and do whatever necessary to make sure they don't do this again.

Never buy anything from FlySharp
I purchased a ticket from this website, and they charged my card, informing me that the ticket would be issued within 96 hours.
The following day, I received an email stating that the ticket was no longer available. When I called them, the representative was very rude and acted like they are used to getting calls like this from customers and this is their routine work on daily basis, just shame on you guys.
During the call, he told me to “read the terms and conditions first.” While it’s common practice to review the terms and conditions of a ticket before purchasing, customers do not typically expect to scrutinize a company’s general terms and conditions to avoid being misled.
They seem to believe that referencing their terms and conditions absolves them of responsibility, but that does not justify holding my money and failing to provide the service promised.
As a result of their delay, I missed the opportunity to purchase other tickets that were available at better prices at the time. They held my money and are now saying it will take 72 hours to process the refund.
I have retained call recordings, payment receipts, and the provisional confirmation document they sent after booking — which appears to be a standard tactic to reassure customers before informing them the ticket is unavailable.

There was absolutely no empathy from…
There was absolutely no empathy from Flysharp whatsoever. The agent I dealt with was extremely cold and dismissive. He told me, very bluntly, that under no circumstances could my ticket be changed and that there was nothing they could do, despite my medical emergency.
At the time, I was hospitalised in Nigeria with sepsis. I was seriously ill, my blood pressure was unstable, and I was medically unfit to fly. I sent Flysharp multiple hospital letters, doctors’ reports, and blood test results to prove that I could not travel on my scheduled return date to London. I even authorised a friend in writing to act on my behalf because I was too unwell to handle the situation myself.
Both my friend and I called Flysharp repeatedly, including while I was still in hospital. Despite all the medical evidence and the severity of my condition, they refused to change my ticket and instead forced me to buy a completely new one. Their tone throughout was cold, rigid, and uncaring.
This was not just a bad customer service experience — it was deeply distressing and traumatic. Even now, writing this review brings back intense anxiety and feels like PTSD. That is how badly this situation affected me.
I am leaving this review to warn future customers. Use Flysharp at your own risk. If anything goes wrong, especially in an emergency, do not expect compassion, understanding, or support. I do not recommend Flysharp and would never use them again.

One of the worst male rude agents
One of the worst male agents I have ever dealt with.
Today I called Fly Sharp on the 22nd of February 2025 as my mum is currently in India and needed help getting her PNR number for her Indigo booking. I politely asked whether I could obtain it and, if not, whether it could be emailed directly to her. It was a simple and reasonable request.
From the very start, the agent was rude, dismissive and arrogant. His tone was abrupt and completely unprofessional. It was genuinely humiliating to be spoken to in that manner. Customer service is clearly not his strength — his behaviour was unacceptable, this is the first time I’m ever saying this regarding customer service. I do not complain, but I have to on this occasion and informed the company and the others know there is this individual.
Many members of my family use your travel agency regularly and have done so for years. After this experience, I have advised my mum never to use your firm again. I will not be recommending it to others and will be informing friends and relatives of how badly this reflects on your business.
It only takes one individual to damage a company’s reputation, and having someone like this representing your firm will inevitably drive loyal customers away.
Extremely disappointing experience.
