Such a huge selection of mounts at brilliant prices, customer service is excellent. Our delivery went missing and they sent out a replacement order the next day.

Frames are really good quality
Frames are really good quality, great value for money, I ordered 5 different sizes, they arrived in perfect condition.
I gave 4 stars due to waiting 11 days for the order to arrive, when I questioned customer service was excellent and very apologetic. Due to this I have ordered another frame today, hope it comes quicker than the ones delivered today. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

Ordered my frames on Saturday 28/6/25…
Ordered my frames on Saturday 28/6/25 with a guaranteed delivery within 5 working days . Today’s the fifth day and still nothing. I called on Wednesday as I had the order confirmation on Saturday but hadn’t had a tracking number for my order . I was told it’s definitely gonna be with me by Friday
I called today at 9am to ask about my order to be told there was a problem with tracking and they’d email as to when I can expect my order . By 3pm I still hadn’t received my order or an update on the delivery.
The lady said she was gonna check with the warehouse to see if it had been sent . So on the day I was due to receive my order someone was checking if my order had been sent ???? When I questioned this the customer service woman replied under her breath “OH MY GOD”…… is that a good customer service representative? When I questioned the lady on why she said that she replied “ I WAS BEING PASSIVE AGGRESSIVE “
Asking where my missing order is now my problem .
Really shockingly poor customer service .
Also I’m not the first read the one and two star reviews and 90% are regarding customer service representative.
So as of now I’m still awaiting my frames . Having paid for a delivery I haven’t got and receiving shocking and I mean shocking customer service.

I have been working at Frame Company for 11 years now and always do my very best to help and assist customers in every way I possibly can. Although you highlight in a manner of words that I reacted inappropriately, you fail to mention that I was subjected to aggression for over ten minutes and was unable to help you to the best of my ability as you would not allow me to speak. I work very hard to provide our customers with the highest level of customer service and I know whole heartedly that I am very good at my job, but equally, no one should have to experience that level of unpleasantness and especially when I am only trying to help. Having checked the tracking again, I can see that your order was in fact delivered to you on the Saturday morning the day following your call. I feel that had you allowed me the opportunity to communicate with you as I had tried, this unpleasant and completely unnecessary experience would have been avoided.

My house is full of frames from the Frame Company. Every time I have to hang pictures they are my go to supplier. Especially their customer service is top notch! Twice I received frames with damaged glass. Usually an issue to cause a headache. Not so with the Frame Company. They responded super friendly and professional and in no time I had new glass at home! Highly recommended!

When I received my frame it was broken, the glass had smashed. I got in touch with the company and Amanda dealt with my case. From first contact to the end was amazing, the support that was given was second to none. I WOULD highly recommend this company, you won’t be disappointed

Excellent Frame Company
I frequently buy frames from the Frame company as they are well made, reasonably priced and provide a great service with speedy delivery.
The last frame I had was damaged by the delivery company but was immediately replaced by the frame company in a couple of days. Absolutely first class service!

Ready made frames & bespoke mounts
I ordered 2, less expensive ready made frames and 2 mounts which I asked to be cut to very exact measurements.
Really pleased with the results!
The mounts make the finished items look much more expensive than they were. I put it all together easily in 10 minutes. Delivery was really quick too!

I can't fault the service, people and quality of their frames. I rang on Friday desperate for frames for an exhibition starting on Tuesday. They arrived Saturday morning. A life saver.
