Frame Company offers a wide, well-priced range of frames that suit my photography work and preferences. The selection far outstrips the options available from competitors, who offer very little that compares, at much higher prices. The website is informative and easy to order from. I love the way each frame style has a name. Customer service is excellent and order production, even for custom frames, is swift. I've just spent 10-15 minutes browsing other sites and the exercise confirmed everything I wrote above about Frame Company's products and prices. Right now, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Excellent customer service, and great frame!
I ordered a frame from The Frame Company - their website is easy to navigate and it was simple to find the exact size and colour frame I was looking for. It arrived quickly but the glass had cracked in transit. I contacted The Frame Company to explain the situation - Amanda, emailed me back the same day to apologise, and explained she would send out a replacement immediately. She also suggested I swap from glass to perspex, as this was lighter and less likely to get damaged at any point. The replacement arrived quickly, in perfect condition and my picture looks great in the complete frame. The customer service I received from Amanda was amazing - her communication was excellent, and she rectified the problem quickly and with no fuss. I would definitely use The Frame Company again.

Had some issues with Evri (who hasn't)
Had some issues with Evri (who hasn't), selected to deliver to a Evri locker as knew would be away on the expected day of delivery, only to be told later that the package was too big and couldn't be redirected. Fantastic customer service to sort it out and get replacement frames sent out with an alternative courier, have since placed a 2nd order for more of the same frames as happy with the quality.

Excellent company…
I have bought two A1 Emson frames from this company and cannot fault the professionalism and the quality. My second frame sadly arrived completely broken, with one whole edge detached from the frame. I emailed them to advise and they responded rapidly and confirmed a replacement would be sent without issue.
No hesitation to buy from this company again. My artwork looks stunning in their frames.

The frames I have bought have always been good, however, my last one arrived quite badly damaged in the corner. I bought a frame through Amazon - I needed an unusual size that I couldn't find in any shops - but it was slightly damaged on arrival, I believe during transit.
Amanda immediately offered to send out a replacement, even though I was happy to keep the one I had. It arrived quickly and my poster looks great.

I needed a large white frame for my…
I needed a large white frame for my son's map of the world. I contacted various companies for prices but they were all very pricey. I found Frame Company and spoke to a lovely lady who said I should contact Amanda by email with the size detail. Amanda was super quick with coming back with details and pictures of frames she thought would be suitable. I picked a frame and in no time at all she replied with a price. I accepted it and within a few days she contacted me saying it was ready. I was so happy with the frame but what was the best thing is that my son was delighted, the frame was stylish and displayed the map perfectly. I am so very impressed with this company - the turnaround reply to my emails and the no trouble at all attitude as well as a quality product - it is a 10 out of 10 from me!
