Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service! Wish there were more companies out there like this one. There was a problem with the frame I ordered upon receipt. I emailed the customer service address provided, and they promptly replied and then rectified the issue unbelievably quickly, sending me a new frame to replace the damaged one. Interactions (or lack of) with other internet companies can make you lose trust with ordering items online, but this company has provided a top quality and very friendly service, that I'd be happy to recommend to others.

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service, I was mistakenly sent the wrong size frame and it was quickly resolved and a new frame sent out to me. Really impressed I firmly believe a company is only as good as its customer service and they have excelled! I have already ordered from them again.

A faultless experience
Genuinely could not fault the experience I had with this company. Amanda was an incredible help, with extremely fast replies and was informative to make sure I got what I needed while accounting for my student budget.
The frames arrived in perfect condition; so safely packaged to ensure a perfect arrival and was a very speedy process too. I’m so happy with my purchase, would recommend them to anyone who needs custom frames (especially because they’re so affordable), and will definitely be back if ever I need a new frame.

Excellent, prompt communication and service
My large 40cm x 50cm frame arrived with the packaging badly dented in transit and the glass broken. They sent a new one but again the packaging was damaged and the glass was broken. They tried again using a different logistics company and this time it arrived safely. They never quibbled about my complaint and are reviewing whether to use this company permanently. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.

I ordered a frame online to take a print we had bought for a friend's birthday. Frame arrived next day but unfortunately the glass was broken. Amanda was hugely helpful with getting a replacement the following day. The replacement is perfect - great quality at a competitive price point. Frame Company- Great!
I recently used The Frame Company for a custom frame and from start to finish they were so kind, helpful, knowledgable and I’ve ended up with the most gorgeous frame which I couldn’t be happier with. The ordering process was made so easy and they really took the time to talk me through recommended frames and mounts based on my measurements ( which I am useless with!) Nothing was too much effort for them and after service them checking in that I like the frame was a nice touch too.
Quick turnaround from ordering!
Highly recommend and thank you very much again.

Kind and Awesome
We contacted them for a particular custom sized box frame. There was a little issue with one of the frames, which was resolved for free and in a heart beat. They have been the most kind and efficient people around, and I can't recommend enough!! They have always been extremely responsive, and even when there was no tracking available becuase of the nature of the box frame they made sure to keep me informed and speak to the courier, rearrange the delivery.

Fantastic company who look after their customers
I create diamond paintings and the mounts and frames are fantastic for displaying them. Created a picture last year and needed a frame as a rush job which they sent out next day after advising me on the frame and mount size needed. Picture was a gift which was much loved and admired. Recently got a frame and mount for a commission and when attempting to mount realised it was out by 0.5cm. Contacted them and the customer service team couldn’t apologise enough and sent a new mount out to arrive next day. This is a company I will be using again as they are fast, efficient and incredibly professional.

Frame Company custom size frames.
I have used the Frame Company on several occasions, however, this time I needed 2 custom size frames. Communication via phone and email was extraordinarily good with a lady called Amanda. Delivered on time, with care, great packing and the frames were perfect for my needs. All measurements were spot on and frames were, although plain, beautifully crafted. Highly recommended in my opinion.

I cannot thank the support staff enough…
I cannot thank the support staff enough at this company. I ordered an A2 sized frame and there was issues with the Currier delivery but as soon as i contacted the Frame Company they immediately sent out a replacement direct to my door omitting the Currier service which duly arrived almost immediately.
Amanda kept in touch with me all the way with the delivery issues right up to it being delivered and nothing was too much trouble for her.
Enough to say i have ordered again since and with 1st class service and will continue to do so.
The vast product range with its quality combined with value for money is perfect for me as i need my prints framed in order to be displayed in various galleries.

This is simply the best Frame Company ever.
Anyone looking for quality frames, fantastic service, then look no further than the "Frame Company".
I have been a customer for approximately 5 years, at my last count I have 48 of the Eldridge Frames dotted around my 2 bedroomed apartment. I always have the same frames, I only use one of their range, that range being the "ELDRIDGE FRAME, IN THE MAHOGANY COLOUR AND A GOLD TRIM".
Should I receive a damaged item, which inevitably happens as they go through the Royal Mail System, Amanda always puts things right. Please continue to produce the Eldridge products.Thank you Frame Company for your service.

Great products & customer service
Recently placed an order for custom size frames with the Frame Company although had some issues with Evri, firstly stating they'd been delivered when they hadn't, then when questioned, arrived the next day although with a battered box which they just left on the porch. That said, I informed the Frame Company who were incredibly supportive throughout and offered to re-issue my order if any issues or damage.
I've ordered from them in the past & again, had a really positive experience, including with another shipping damage issue (broken glass) which they replaced without a drama which is why I've happily ordered from them a few times now and will continue to.
The Frames were perfect & I feel a good price, especially as you can get exactly what you want.
