I ordered a frame
I ordered a frame, and unfortunately the frame arrived with smashed glass. I emailed the company and with no hesitation they sent out a replacement. Not only did they do this, but asked if I’d prefer Perspex to glass. I did, and pleased I did as it is a better choice to glass. The customer service was absolutely wonderful, helpful and I couldn’t be more pleased with choosing the frame company for my lovely frame and service received. Many thanks!!!

Great customer service!
We ordered a frame for a retirement gift for an employee. Unfortunately, the frame arrived with damage to a corner (probably in transit). We contacted the company and sent photos, etc. and they immediately promised replacement frame would be sent (and we told them of the urgency). A new frame arrived in time for the gift giving and was a perfect condition. Great customer service and we will definitely use again.

Great after sales customer service
I recently received my order that I placed through Amazon. It wasn't in the condition it should have been, a few marks and a dent in the frame, I contacted the company directly & without question they offered a replacement at no extra charge or having the faulty one back for proof. Can't praise their customer service enough and Amanda who dealt with my issue was amazing :)

Exceptional Service and Great Value Bespoke Frames
I received great assistance from Amanda and Natasha to ensure my order was perfect. The frame and double layered borders I wanted was complex with seperate pictures in one frame so the measurements and finish had to be precise. I received my order in a couple of days with everything exactly as I hoped and very reasonably priced given everything was bespoke made. I will definitely use Frame Company in the future to turn my prints/photos into professionally framed pictures.

My experience was great because (a) they offered a good selection and supplied what other companies do not.
(b) I made a big mistake in my order, let them know and was immediately reassured that their was no cause for concern, and

How a mount can improve a photo.
Was looking for a frame and mount to give an old photo some credibility.
Via email Frame Company kept me on track as I went through the process. The frame and mount arrived today. It was well packaged and the glass on the frame was held securely.
The photo looks totally different now. Excellent support and service through out.
Can recommend this company for delivering a great product from beginning to end.

This is possibly the best customer service I have ever received. As there was an issue with Parcel Force Frame Company had a new set of frames sent by EVRI and refunded the next day delivery charges, Amanda was brilliant, emailed me back immediately and ensured my frames arrived as needed. The frames are great and extremely well made.
