What a brilliant firm this is to buy from! I addressed my package incorrectly and was so worried my gift wouldn’t arrive.. We ordered a pair of garden crooks, when only one arrived and we notified customer service, this was sorted out straight away. We were kept informed of what was happening. A great service would buy from Franktons again.
