Slight defect to one piece of arch.
When constructing the arch we found a slight defect. We sent pictures by email to Franktons and very quickly received a replacement.
Very easy to assemble and the rose arch looks great

I ordered a Hot Bin, not expecting it to arrive for a while and was surprised days later, when I received the email informing me when delivery would take place. The item was securely packaged and I have started using it. Wonderful product and excellent service from Frankton’s. I have sent in another review for the Hotbin stand I ordered a week later which is situated in place under the Hotbin. I am a satisfied customer!

I first saw this model at a NT site and…
I first saw this model at a NT site and thought that it would be perfect for my garden. The table and chairs all fold away, so I can easily store them away when not needed.
The chairs are comfortable and the table just big enough for afternoon or an evening sundowner for two.

good customer service
I had a problem with getting the £10.00 discount on my first order. It went through without the discount, so I phoned. The man I spoke to was not only polite and conversational whilst fixing a refund to my bank account, but he was leisurely and kind: it was like talking to a friend. Much appreciated.
Also the product I bought was absolutely beautiful and arrived in good shape because it was packed well.
