Leasing my Golf type R pocket rocket...
This is the second car I have leased through Freedom (Golf type R)and on both occasions have been delighted with the fantastic deals and excellent customer service supplied by this company. During my negotiations I have had dealings with over 5 different members of staff and on each communication I was dealt with in a very friendly ,efficient and professional manner always feeling that my best interests where being catered for and the right package was tailor made for my requirements. I wouldn’t hesitate recommending Freedom to family or friends and thank all the team for making the process enjoyable and friendly.

Great company to deal with.
Great special offers on their website. And if you need something a bit different then very responsive on quotations. Helped throughout the process and were in constant contact to advise on delivery. Had a small issue as delivery date approached (not Freedom's fault) but they were again very patient and helped to resolve all problems. Very impressed with price and quality of the service, this was a for a business lease.

A super service from start to finish
A super service from start to finish. I found want I wanted easily on their website, and a quick call started the process. Within about a week I had a new car delivered to my doorstep (car from ‘in stock’ options). They are super efficient and kept me updated throughout. I had a few questions which I emailed and received replies within the hour. I’ve never had a lease car before, but I think I’ll continue this way for the foreseeable future and fully intend to use Freedom Finance again.

Great communication throughout the process although i think you could introduce docusign instead of having to print and scan each document for the on-boarding process, that said the team were fantastic and the delivery time, just one week was first class. Audi A5 S-line has been delivered and i'm very happy with it. Well done all

Our company has being using Freedom Vehicle Contracts since 2013 for a variety of cars. Always very good on price and importantly supplying stock cars quickly when required. The communications is good and always found them very pleasant to deal with on the phone.
Having tried other companies for Contract Hire our preference would always be Freedom.
