Just received delivery of my Mercedes A180 Sport Exec. There was an issue with the car documents which delayed the delivery date by about two weeks. Although I placed my order through Freedom, the car was actually being supplied direct from Mercedes which meant this issue was out of Freedoms control. However, the team at freedom and Jane in particular were very helpful. Jane kept in touch with me with regular updates and she also managed to source and supply a courtesy car in the meantime so i wasn't left without a car during this delay. I could not ask for anything more. Very helpful and very nice people. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Just took delivery of my new car and Freedom have been fantastic from start to Finish. Nothing was too much trouble, every question ( no matter how trivial ) was answered straight away. I researched cars for months and thanks to the deal I got at Freedom I am now driving a car which would normally have been way above my budget. They have some brilliant deals and they back this up with a friendly, professional team who go all out to ensure a completely smooth process from initial enquiry to the car being parked at your door. Brilliant customer service and would recommend to anyone interested in leasing their next car.

I have used Freedom Contracts for over 20 years for business and private use . They have never let me down. To say their rates are competitive is an understatement. Ordered a new mini through Freedom Vehicle Contracts and had a very smooth and trouble free process. From discussing the best options for me to arranging delivery and all the checks required along the way all was hassle free. Was kept involved throughout the process via the very helpful staff. Would highly recommend.

I have always used a different company to source my vehicle but after being let down by them I thought I would give Freedom a go!
from the first phone call to Roxanne , the process was smooth and straight forward all the way up to the delivery of my new car within the time scale I was told. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order and spoke with Jane on a number of occasions.

I have used Freedom for a number of years having previously used other leasing companies and I genuinely wouldn't go anywhere else now.

They keep you fully up yo date with their progress and always return your calls/e:mails.

My most recent car was ordered three weeks ago and it arrived on Wednesday exactly as ordered and delivered exactly when they said it would.

Fantastic people and a fantastic company.

Excellent company. First rate service and kept in contact throughout the whole process. Car arrived when stated. Highly recommended.

Very poor customer service, I ordered an in-stock car from them and was promised delivery in 2-3 weeks, the forms were all returned promptly, 1 week after that I email to enquiry about an update on the cars delivery, as I had not heard back, I was told I have to resubmit my driving license, which I did.

A few days later I enquired about the vehicle as I had heard nothing again, this time I am told there is additional paperwork that is need, and it will be mailed out, it was claimed this is to prove proof of address.

Over 3 weeks have past, no sign of the car, so I have told them to cancel, as they have missed their delivery time, and now they want a cancellation charge.

I have had to chase them over and over to find out anything, they failed to deliver the car in the time they stated.

I received what I can best describe as a snotty email from a "manager".

I reported them to the FCA.

Update 9th may 2019 - The FCA responded and stated the contract is not regulated by the FCA.

Update 3rd July 2019 - The company has tried multiple times to have this review removed from trust pilot.

This is my first lease through Freedom Vehicle Contracts and will be my last. The company was prompt in taking their fees but it went downhill since. Emails to their customer service remain unanswered until you constantly chase. Have not had any updates about the progress of my order. I can see that the car has arrived with the dealer but getting any information regarding an estimated delivery date is impossible. Very unhappy with the service.
