Freedom Destinations Avis

Second time I have used this company very professional .

The consultant I dealt with from the beginning Vicki went above and beyond for me whilst booking a Nasville/Memphis trip
I changed dates and hotels a few times and she had the patience of a saint until I was finally delighted with the itinery. Always on hand when I called always returned emails promptly and with the utmost proficiency
Would 100% recommend and would definitely use again 5*

I have booked with Freedom Destinations twice and each time they were very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all of my queries and James has built a road trip for me and my friends to our exact requirements. I wouldn’t hesitate using them for all future trips

Excellent service

Our travel consultant Jadie was professional and knowledgable. After an initial discussion outlining our plans she was able to pull together an itinerary for New Zealand with lots of really good suggestions for us to consider and tinker with, two more conversations and we had the 6 week trip booked. Jadie took away the stress of trying to plan such a big trip ourselves. Happy to recommend.

Our second booking began with high expectations given our previous experience with the company, but the initial quote came back £4000 over our stated budget, suggesting our specifications hadn’t been fully considered. Although the agent later provided a corrected quote and clear timelines, the subsequent shift to large, short‑notice payments created unnecessary doubt. All interactions were polite, but the back‑and‑forth felt avoidable and these niggles ultimately marred what should have been a straightforward repeat booking. We are pleased the booking is now resolved and look forward to our vacation.

Alice was absolutely amazing.....she's a credit to your company.

Abbie very helpful in sorting out trip to Singapore,Cairns and Melbourne for Centenary Test.

We have used freedom destinations before and we would use over and over . Just booked another holoday with them . They listen to you and prepare your holiday to perfection. Every holiday that we have experienced with them has been just perfect from discussing our requirements with our personal consultant to the whole booking process . 100 per cent would recommend this company . We have made great memories with their help. Thankyou James and we cant wait for our new trip .

I had quotes from 5 different companies but went with Freedom Destinations mainly because of Maritha. She was so friendly, professional and helpful. Every question I asked her was answered clearly and fully, not just one quick sentence like the others (or not at all like some). I had complete confidence in her advice and help. She is a credit to this company and I would definitely look to book my next holiday with them too.

Very efficient company. Reliable and very friendly.

Nothing is too much for them

freedom destinations were very helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process understanding your needs and translating it into a tailormade holiday very impressive really. have used trailfinders who were unhelpful, didnt listen and were irritated by my lack of knowledge.

Alice Morris who dealt with our holiday was very helpful sorting out our requirements and booking was very easy

Caroline was excellent.very knowledgeable and dealt with my needs expertly in the booking of my adventure. Thank you

Very helpful

So far great service and communication with the same person each time. Can’t say anymore until we have final details.

Friendly, professional, with good communication and knowledgeable. The initial conversation involved asking whether we preferred any specific airlines or routes, and type/class of hotels or chains of hotels, which we do so it shows their flexibility when planning a multi city tour.
From the initial enquiry of getting a cost for flights, hotels, transfer, tours etc. we eventually only booked transfers and tours as being seasoned independent travellers we're confident in managing the rest. There was no quibble with this and pleased with the costs.
Recomend.

Relaxed and comfortable approach to discussing holiday requirements, great suggestions on timings and visits to ensure the trip is extra special.
