Scam!
Advertise www3 level domains for websites but no one can get to those domains. Very deceptive advertising. Warning!
I actually went to their support and they admitted to this. Their answer was one day soon it will happen. Just to be clear their advertising is deceptive so steer clear of them and don't be taken like I and many others from the reviews here.

Great support team, but onboarding could be more transparent
I would actually rate my experience 4.5 out of 5 if that were possible.
As a Web3 / TLD newbie, some important details only became clear to me afterwards – for example that a TLD owner also has to pay for their own subdomains (reduced - but still?).
To be fair, this may also be because I’m new to this space, but I would have loved a very simple, upfront explanation or checklist about all costs and roles.
On the positive side, whenever I had questions or problems, the support team responded very quickly, clearly and patiently (in my case via WhatsApp). That made me feel taken seriously and well supported.
Overall I’m happy, just wishing for a bit more transparent onboarding and pricing information right from the start.
I’m looking forward to continue building my project with them.
