DAVID KING shared his expertise and knowledge about the solar and energy products and solutions. David was really helpful and accommodating, we were unsure about what we wanted, however David King explained and explored the best solutions for us. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he visited us twice and was and still is available to take any calls or queries. We are very happy with the service and support David King has provided and would and have recommend him to our family and friends. Mr & Mrs Nizzar.

We had several zoom call with various solar providers to give us there opinions and price's based on a google earth survey including the one that would reduce the price which varie.d on how quick we signed....
Then came fresh electrical with a home visit at a time we agreed, Michael came along took his time to explain how the system will work and the work needed etc.
We agreed on a price and a date for the work to be done in five days, the team arrive and ounce the scaffolding was up the panels were up and at the same time the inverter and batteries fitted into the loft and other items fitted and all working well by around 15:30. so all done and left all cleaned up.
A good team and a good advert for Fresh Electrical Solar being an reliable and efficient as promised.

The guys turned up to fit the solar panels on the roof the inverter and the associated battery in the garage. I was expecting them to be here most of the day, they were friendly and told us exactly what they had to do and within about 4 hours the job was completed, with no mess or any issues to report. We were given all the paperwork and informed of the safety of the battery and how to shut the system down if necessary.

From initial enquiry contact through to installation, they have been quick, polite and very good at communication throughout. Office staff and the install team were very polite and professional. Scaffolding was up and down quick too.

A first class service start to end. Firstly the sales person backed up by the Fresh sales team explained in great detail how everything would work. Any question I had was answered above and beyond my satisfaction. The planning phase was superbly managed. The installation was straightforward and all taken care of in a single day. The quality of workmanship was superb. Scaffolders arrived within a couple of days to remove and left the site impeccably clean and tidy. I have had course to contact the technical team a couple of times and they are impressively fast to respond. To say I'm delighted would be an understatement. All the people I've dealt with so far have been a credit to the Fresh Electrical brand. Thank you guys - a great job

I have had the opportunity to meet Mr David King, a fantastic independent energy advisor (working in collaboration with Costco Wholesale and Fresh solar Uk) that made the process of installing PV system on my house in Warwickshire seamless. From the introduction into PV area, survey, satellite checks on my property, quotation, latest technology (bi-facial PV), arranging scaffolding, installation dates, Mr David King was extremely professional in advising next steps in an efficient chronological way. He was incredibly helpful before I made our final decision (system size, inverter, panels output, battery) providing us with a very detailed initial survey and patiently answering all our questions as well as advising how to split between the strings for the best solar yield. The installation process was straightforward (scaffolding being erected one day before the installation date), the team made it possible within couple of hours. Even post-installation, Mr David King rang me multiple times to make sure that I am satisfied with the installation, as well as, to make sure I have received the relevant certifications (MCF, G99 in my case since I opt for an over-sized system). I really recommend working with Mr David King and Freshelectricalsolutions for the way they work with customers and for the quality of the products that are chosen!

Good company who carried out all their work professionally and in line with promises made. They come have been experts in solar power and as an considerate and caring contractor.

We've had the solar panels about three weeks now and they appear to working well. EV charger might have an issue but Fresh solar are trying to sort. SEG application is ongoing but no issues to date.

They were a little aggressive around payment but no different to similar companies.

I would fully recommend them to others.

Absolutely terrible service. Made an appointment with us, never showed up, called or left an email.
• When questioned, they replied by saying the roof wasn’t suitable. They never showed up so I’m very interested to know how this check was done. Especially as my roof is no different from the rest of the street who a large number of people have solar panelling.
• They claimed to have called. No messages were left, no emails were sent and the only possible number that called that day from the same area code as this company didn’t reply when I answered and it sounded like a call centre.
Absolute waste of our time and they showed zero remorse or understanding after we rearranged our afternoons, during our working hours to be available for this meeting

Ordered a battery through Costco, installation date scheduled but less than a week before they EMAIL me to say sorry, due to a shortage we can't install until January!!!! This is clearly a problem with their supply only given I have now secured one for a similar price elsewhere and 4 other local suppliers all have stock! What is worse is they are still advertising them as a stocked item with Costco knowing full well they can't fulfil the order for at least 2 months. The customer service is also non-existent as when I mentioned how it was upsetting to receive that news on an email, you could almost hear Calvin shrug without a care. If you want customer service, go elsewhere. If you want a Tesla Powerwall, go elsewhere. If you want someone to call you if there is an issue, go elsewhere.

Very efficient installation and order handling. Scaffolding was erected the day previously and work completed the following day, fast but efficiently done by highly competent workers. No hassle, no mess.

From initial contact to first-time successful installation, everything conducted in a professional, friendly and supportive way.

Clearly not an inexpensive investment, but Fresh Solar provide a competitive offering, using the latest technology and quality products.

Excellent service - good communication from company, very friendly engineer on initial site visit for installation of solar panels. Quick turnaround from order to installation, and very friendly and helpful engineers on installation day. Good information from the installation engineers on how to use the solar panels and battery. Certificates and guarantees all received quickly after installation. Highly recommended.

Had my solar fitted last week. AMAZING !!, from the first contact to the installation Fresh made it a breeze , solar was installed by friendly professionals that were very clean and tidy , after sales with Dan to answer my questions was awesome so having nothing to complain about all very very happy !!
Don’t know why people are so hung up on cost and when are your getting your money back blah blah, it’s instant savings and no more nasty bills , even charges my car up for free !!! …. HIGHLY RECOMMEND FRESH 👍

I bought my system through the Norwich City council "Solar together" scheme, and Fresh electrical were the nominated supplier. Good service from start to finish, the survey was informative and helpful, confirming the system was right for me. The installers arrived on time and completed the work quickly and tidied up after themselves. A good, tidy installation, I'm an electrician so I know good work when I see it. All relevant paperwork completed promptly and I had a small query, post installation, which was also answered in a timely manner. I just need the sun to come out now...

I bought the package via Costco and this company were nominated by Costco to install them. They have said that its against their policy to do a site survey beforehand for Costco customers but said that they'd see what they can do. They have also said that they depend simply on my photos. They have sent a plan with the solar panels on the side of the house that gets the least sun. In short they haven't sent anybody to do any site survey and I am not letting them go ahead and put the solar panels on the wrong side of the house. No way!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Run from these people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
