The FreshLearn representative was very patient and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to resolve my concern on the first call.
Worst experience I've ever had with a SAAS
Their lack of a free trial + no refunds made FreshLearn just a money hole for us. The sales page design tools are outdated, and the integration options were poor.
After attempting to setup my account for 12 hours I requested they cancel my account, and to refund me. It took them a week to respond and they just asked me questions like "What integration were you looking for?" I would answer, they would take a week to respond with another question. Finally they said they cancelled the account, but it rebilled anyway. A year later, they billed me on their annual plan. When I emailed them again about this, they said they can't cancel the account, that can only be done inside the dashboard by myself, and that they have a no refund policy.

I've just set up my FreshLearn account and the support team have been excellent. I was having trouble adding my email domain and I had a support phonecall with the team who walked me through step by step.
In terms of creating a course - it is very straightforward and easy to use. I'm looking forward to launching my course.

I have signed up for another year with Freshlearn. I like the software, but I really appreciate the customer service. Every time I have had an issue or a question and have contacted them, they respond right away, email me from support if there is an issue, follow up until it is resolved. They have even called me to make sure my concerns were alleviated. I am very comfortable with using this software. I was going to switch this year to another platform, but I feel comfortable here.
