I am so glad I signed up with FreshLearn. They have been extremely helpful every step of the way in migrating my courses, students, and account from Teachable. Since I am not a techie, I love how simply tell me to share my screen and tell me exactly where to click to get it done. That way I am not wasting time trying to figure it out by myself. And I love how we were able to jump on a call in less than 2 hours. I feel like my needs are being met in a very timely manner.

Technical support
The technical support team at FreshLearn is very good. They always answer my questions and take the time to make sure I understand.
Great support and product initially--and then, not so much.
The initial onboarding was prompt and service calls are available in a timely manner. However, the service on the service calls is often provides incomplete information and work in-between calls takes a long time and often requires follow up calls. The "experts" often fail to fully inform me on what is required or all the implications of their actions which has led to many frustrations in delaying projects or error that are costly. I regret my decision to use their services.

Customer service has been great but few backend glitches and upgrades needed
Customer service has been great. I have had several calls with the salesperson and tech and they are all happy to help. However I did not realize how complicated it was to set up this platform. There are glitches when saving content, videos and settings that default to the original settings making things triple the work. It would be nice that each purchase comes with a specific person that will help on board the client and create the pages and settings for easier transition. Compared to other platforms this is hard to use without direct assistance, in my case anyway. However the price and the customer service is great so hoping they can upgrade the ease of the platform and the glitches for a smoother experience. Thank you to those that continue to help me on each call, otherwise I would have cancelled and gone elsewhere. Their support makes a huge difference
Excellent support, poor documentation and interface
Excellent support, although the UI is not intuitive and in many cases not working as simple as it should be when compared to Teachable, Thinkific, or similar course platforms.
