Great customer service
We had a bit of trouble with where our milk was being delivered to and with the help of our account manager, Daniel, it was resolved fairly quickly. Daniel was super helpful and responsive to all my queries/emails and made sure to check if the issue had been fully resolved or not rather than just being done with it.
Communication was easy and I wasn't left waiting hours for a response which was very helpful.

Great customer service & quality of fruit
We received our first delivery of fruit & milk today and everything arrived fresh & well-packed. Fruit is great quality! Prompt customer service
Prompt customer service, friendly and always eager to help. Very professional and great to deal with. Fruit is of great quality each week, and whenever there is a supply issue they are quick to resolve. Will definitely recommend and I am glad we switched suppliers to these guys!

Very Helpful & went that extra mile
We are in the middle of moving office and Dan could only find a Tuesday delivery for our new office, which was not ideal.
We really needed a Monday delivery. After many days of enquiries he confirmed on Friday that he has secured a Monday delivery.

Fruitless Expectations 🍌
The idea is great – but the execution just isn’t there. The fruit we've received has consistently been small, bland, and lacking in flavour. Wouldn’t recommend it to others based on my experience.

Excellent Customer Service
I contacted Fruidel as there had been 2 separate weeks where we did not receive our weekly delivery. I was contacted by Daniel Edleston who reassured me he would investigate immediately. Daniel kept me continually updated and was able to quickly source and provide a resolution. Throughout our email conversations, Daniel was helpful and courteous and ensured that I was happy with the outcome, which I was. I have confidence to contact Daniel again if I need to.
