Excellent quality furniture
Excellent quality furniture at a fair price. Had some issues with delivery times (due to items being stuck at the port) but was kept informed throughout and I was even offered an alternative (and more expensive) bed frame due to the delay, at no additional cost. The delivery guys were brilliant on all three occasions and the customer service team were friendly, responsive and helpful!

Delighted with the furniture
Delighted with the furniture. I've bought three pieces so far and intend to purchase more in the future. Delivery sooner than expected. Delivery man polite and helpful. No problems whatsoever.

Furniture arrived damaged. Repaired it myself as i couldn’t wait another 6 - 15 weeks for it to be replaced

I'm really disappointed and confused you have only given us a two star review. (I'm not even sure this review is for us)
This is the first we have heard of any issues with your order which was delivered over six weeks ago on the 3rd of June.
If we had been notified of any problems with your order we would have been more than happy to resolve any issues you had by offering a repair or exchange. (We still are). To not be given the opportunity to resolve the problem and to then receive a 2 star review is very frustrating.
I'm also not sure why you think it will take 6 - 15 weeks to replace the furniture as your original order only took 17 days.
I will contact you privately to see if I can resolve these issues.

I have sent an email to the customer to query and help resolve the issues he has had.
Unfortunately he has chosen not to reply/engage with my attempt to contact him.
Like lots of small businesses, the last 18 months have been extremely challenging. It's really sad a customer has felt it necessary to leave such a poor review without giving us the opportunity to help.
We try our upmost to resolve any issues we have with our product or service. If we're unable to help then we offer a refund.
I just hope others who read this review, will see it as being unreasonable/unfair, and see we have hundreds of 5 star reviews for a reason.
