Poor quality product
The fencing we ordered looks good on the website but we received poor quality panels, twisted capping and timber that was not the advertised dimensions. The cutting service is useful but expensive.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are very concerned about your comments. We have looked at your order and cannot see that you have contacted us about any issues. Can you please advise what the issues are with the panels and what the dimensions were as these should be as advertised and we have not been made aware by any other customers that there has been an issue with them. Regarding the top capping, due to the long lengths of these, they can have some movement, but it should not be so much that it does not rectify once screwed down to the top of the posts. Can you please send in some images of the warped capping and faulty panels so we can look to get these swapped over for you. We look forward to receiving your response and the opportunity to resolve this for you.

Excellent people to deal with. Very high quality 6'' x 6'' Open bow top trellis, very hard to find any that are quality made, these are. Delivery was super fast with there own driver who was very helpful. My neighbour now wants them for his garden,

High Quality Excellence
I’ve used The Garden Trellis Company for over ten years for many of my garden design projects in London. The quality is excellent and they are efficient and great to deal with, particularly Liam, who looks after the bespoke orders, who goes above and beyond to get the work right for the clients.

Your Trellis
Dealing with your company was great and your Trellis product is second to none. Giving a free small tin of touch up paint is also a thoughtful idea. However, I spent over £3000 on Trellis and when I asked for an extra free tin of touch up paint because of the size of my order, my request was refused. That’s mean, hence only 4 stars!

Thank you for taking the time to review us. I am sorry to hear you are unhappy with paying for additional paint. We always send a small pot of paint out of courtesy, for touching up painted items on site.
We are always reviewing our prices to ensure we are as competitive as possible which then does not allow for providing additional items free of charge. As I am sure you can appreciate, anything over and above what you have paid for that you require to complete your installation would need to be chargeable.
I am pleased to hear that you are happy with the trellis you have received from us though.

Frame joints not the best…
The trellis’s I brought were generally good quality but the frame joints weren’t terrific. I modified a number of them as I had to reduce the size anyway.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We offer a choice of different panel options to suit everyone's budget. Our Prestige range, although a bit more expensive, have fully mitred corners on the framing and are screwed together, which may have been more what you were looking for. The panels you have purchased have stapled corners but are still an attractive alternative and I hope you are happy with your finished scheme.
Good company
Firstly delivery was really quick and the products were mainly very good. I bought regular slated panels and a couple of the skates were damaged which was fine as I was cutting a couple off anyway for the height. Time will tell how treated they are and how long they will last. Would have been 5 star but even spending £500 delivery was expensive

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to hear that the panels arrived damaged, although pleased these didn't cause you too much of an issue, although we would have been happy to swap these for you. We do try and keep our delivery costs down and offer free delivery to many areas of the UK. Unfortunately, because you are so far away from us (around a 450 mile round trip), you would have needed to spend £870 to qualify for the free delivery. With regard to the warranty on this product, we offer a 12 year guarantee against rot and insect attack.
