Ventura Screen Fingertipping Issue
Had one of the first Snooper Navi's. Used it 13 years. Then decided to buy a new Snooper Ventura S6900. It had screen malfunction. The screen did not respond to fingertipping. Contacted Snooper help centre. Was said to be a helpfull source. Chat contact with Alex. Supported issue with video. Alex and myself did not really come to solving the issue. Thus closed the Chat. BUT Alex supported further and send me afterwards a set of instructions how to recalibrate the screen. THIS was the solution. Ventura operates as it should. So Alex made the DIFFERENCE. Thanks again. Snooper Support have been great in resolving the issue with my device. Bhairav Mane was most helpful and patient in getting to the bottom of the problem. Very happy.

Superb customer service from Manoj at Snooper
I had an issue with trying to buy a map update for my Snooper and I emailed customer services and was helped by the very helpful and efficient Manoj. After asking me some questions and details of my snooper model, I discovered that I had free map updates and so manoj quickly arranged for a refund to be sent back to my card. In addition, I was sent a link to help me do the download. Couldn't have asked for more. Superb customer service from Manoj.

Online ‘chat’ simple and effective, when agent diagnosed the problem he then rang me straightaway. Although I have to get another sd card, again it was all explained clearly. Alex could not have been more helpful. Fingers crossed it does arrive tomorrow!
Motorway Snooper failure
My Snooper, for the first time, failed on the motorway mid journey. I rang tech support and Alex Mangli did everything he could to resolve the problem. Finally he organised a new SD card for my machine to be delivered tomorrow. I cannot fault his enthusiasm and his customer care. Stuck by the side of the motorway he made me feel so much better, even though i ultimately had to buy a new SD card. He has certainly reinforced my belief that Snooper is the best you can get for truck drivers!!
