The single hob I bought stopped working…

The single hob I bought stopped working after the second use. I contacted them as I’m not good with tech and I’m not very well. I didn’t want to go to the trouble of sending it back but they said I didn’t need to and just sent me a new one which arrived a couple of days later. Which is working fine at the moment. That is good customer service. How all companies should be thank you

Quality at a great price

I am still very pleased with my purchase, I needed it because my old one packed up.
I was able to buy a quality hair dryer at a great price,

ordered a kettle over 12 months ago…

ordered a kettle over 12 months ago which failed,but was replaced without question,but unfortunately that failed too(something to do with the switch!) and lo and behold that was also replaced without question,so you cant do better than that!
