Very knowledgeable and happy to provide pre-purchase advice. The item I ordered was quickly delivered. However owing to the poor service from Royal Mail, it was not delivered the next day which I had paid extra for. Gendan however subsequently refunded the next day delivery fee without quibble.

The item itself, a fault code reader works perfectly and is clearly a professional bit of kit.

Overall a great experience with this company from whom I would happily buy again.
