Grant in particular from Gendan , bent over backwards with his help & insiteful information,Told me the best way to go with my lamda problem, delivered the next day. But as for the complimentary Email, it was absolute true brilliance of a tongue in cheek confirmation of an order placed, I laughed my head off. Keep up the good work Gendan.

Excellent customer service and swift product delivery. The website is a little clunky and looks like it hasn't been updated since the early 90's - but aside from that they sell the best diagnostic kit and have brilliant customer support.

Surprised to read some poor reviews here as they are far from my experience. Came across Gendan whilst searching for Diagnostic Tools to release Rear Brake Pads and as a total novice I rang them to clarify a couple of things on the Gadget I was considering. I found them knowledgeable and all questions answered. They advised the part was in stock so ordered on-line and received less than 24hrs after. They advised via E-mail on Dispatch with an excellent Packaging Description and whilst I have not used the item as yet I feel confident that they will assist with any queries that I may have. ADVISORY: Order when you are not on a strict diet so you are able to enjoy the packet of sweets added in the order, Very Nice Touch!

I asked Mike at Gendan for some recommendations for diagnostic equipment for several cars I own/maintain. Mike sent a very considered and helpful reply. Unfortunately there was no single device that would work on all of them - if there had been, I would have bought it there and then! That was five years ago. Five years later, I ordered one of them. I wrote a message to Mike and got a nice reply. The equipment was delivered quickly with some amusing messages on the way. And there was a nice surprise inside the box. An excellent company who know their products well, value their customers and provide excellent equipment and service. Highly recommended.

Once completed, we all had a wonderful celebration and the team marched to the delivery company, waving and spreading good cheer as we journeyed through Swansea. Everyone applauded, shouted Bon Voyage! and hugged one another as the van left.
