Booked to get a temp filling taken out…
Booked to get a temp filling taken out and a permanent filling done following an emergency route canal done over a weekend elsewhere due to Genix being closed. Booked appointment over the phone and asked for it to be a longer appointment to accommodate the work needed and avoid taking more time off work. Arrived and the dentist immediately told me I’d have to have a check up and come back another day which would mean more time off work. Then said she wasn’t comfortable doing the work and advised going back to private dentist. So a day off work wasted and still charged for the check up even though I spent a total of 2 minutes in chair talking and nothing was actually done.

Brilliant Experience
I am an existing NHS patient with Genix at Market Weighton. I have always been happy with them but yesterday they were brilliant. I had toothache for a couple of days, rang them, got an appointment the day after with my usual dentist Aditi. I have a real fear of dentists but there was no need. She was brilliant as was the dental nurse who assisted her. She removed the tooth with plenty of numbing and all is now good. Thank you to all at the practice.

Great experience…
The main reception were polite and smiling and helpful. The dentist was chatty and we had a good laugh and i was trully looked after throughout and explained what they were going to do. Always a pleasure to go, only a check up but always put at ease.

Almost pleasurable
I had a wonderful experience at Genix ,Cirencester. Knowing before I arrived that an extraction was the best option it was with some trepidation that I climbed the stairs to the surgery. I told Maria that I had a low threshold to pain. I need not have worried as the whole procedure was done with absolute professionalism. My trepidation was unnecessary. 24 hours later I was totally pain free.
